Kanika team never let you down staff management from the cleaners to the senior management are polite professional and know how to make your holiday the most relaxing experiance. Entertainment is brilliant different show every night what a brilliant team. Booked for the next 2 years says it all.

A beautiful week in the sun that was topped off with my beautiful daughter’s wedding.

Proper 5 Star!
Having stayed in many 5 Star hotels (and one 6 Star hotel) around the world, the Olympic Lagoon Resort ranks as one of the best I've experienced for all inclusive holidays - not just the for the facilities offered, but for the quality of the whole resort. It caters for families, but also provides quieter reserved areas for adults only. The food in the various themed restaurants is excellent and should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. The entertainment on offer caters for all ages and tastes. However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the hospitality of the staff who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday one of the best ever!

I did consider writing a full review on everything about the hotel however instead of writing a long review people won’t read all I can say is get it book. Everything about the place is amazing, so much so we are already looking to book next year. Thanks to Steve and Ashan (Blue Lagoon) for their service.

The best team at Olympic Lagoon!
We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible staff at Olympic Lagoon Resort, Ayia Napa. During what has unfortunately been an extremely difficult holiday for our family due to illness, the kindness, compassion, and support we have received from the team have meant more to us than words can ever say. First of all, we would like to say that the resort itself has so much to offer. The food has been wonderful, with a fantastic selection to enjoy, and the garden rooms are absolutely perfect for families with small children. Having that extra space and convenient access to the gardens makes family life so much easier. There is also so much to do around the resort to keep everyone entertained, with something for all ages to enjoy. It really is a fantastic family-friendly resort.
However, what has truly made our experience so special, despite the difficult circumstances we have faced, is the incredible people who work here.
A very special thank you to Elena, who has provided us with truly outstanding support during such a difficult time. Her kindness, understanding, compassion, and genuine care have been nothing short of exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to support us when we needed it most, and we honestly believe she is a true saint. People like Elena make such a difference, and we will never forget everything she has done for our family.
We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Holly from Jet2, our holiday representative, for her continued support, help, and reassurance throughout this challenging experience. Having someone there who genuinely cares and continues to support you when things are difficult has been invaluable to us. Holly has been amazing, and we are so grateful for everything she has done.
Another very special thank you goes to Marek, the lifeguard, who was absolutely outstanding when our son became poorly. His care, response, and professionalism were truly appreciated during what was an incredibly worrying time for us as parents. We will forever be grateful for the way he supported our son and our family when we needed it most.
Unfortunately, illness has affected our holiday in ways we never expected, and it has been an incredibly difficult experience at times. However, these amazing individuals have helped us find moments of happiness and create precious memories in the middle of what could otherwise have been a very upsetting holiday.
It is often during the hardest moments that you see the true character of people, and Elena, Holly, and Marek have shown us such kindness, dedication, and humanity. They have gone far beyond what anyone could expect, and their compassion has made a lasting impact on our family.
They are an absolute credit to Olympic Lagoon Resort and Jet2, and we sincerely hope their outstanding efforts and care are recognised. The resort has so much to offer families, but it is people like these who make a holiday truly memorable.
To Elena, Holly, Marek, and everyone who has supported us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will forever be grateful for everything you have done for our family. Despite the challenges we have faced, you have helped us create some happy memories during a very difficult time, and that means more to us than you will ever know.
