This hotel is amazing for the family. The breakfast and the dinner was exellent.
Outstanding hotel!
This hotel is at the peak of luxury hotels. The whole hotel is thoroughly clean and offers an amazing range of drinks. The situation being next to Nissi beach is a huge plus along with the cats behind the hotel being a huge part of my stay. However one thing I would take into account is the diverse food, someone who has such a small pallet like me doesn’t benefit from this but nevertheless the hotel is tailored to other people not just me. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to kick back and relax for a couple days! P.s shoutout to the lobby bar stay who have outstanding service and the bartender who consistently provided amazing drinks with beautiful presentations, along with the cleaners who consistently offered an amazing clean room everyday - who may be overlooked by others but definitely not under appreciated by me.

Nissi Blu
Not recommended for a family with teenagers aged 13 and 16. No entertainment for them, kids club is for the very young. The gym closed at 8pm - so unable to use. The indoor and outdoor pool was open from 9am until 7am. We were unable to use the pool at 8pm or 7am before the sun made it too hot. Buffest food - we tried the mexican and it was very overpriced and poor quality, when I told the receptionist, she said everyone else likes it!!! There were no signs saying when the outdoor pool was closed, we got in at 8pm, it was still light. After a couple of minutes, a very staff member shouted at us to get out and told us to go to the beach, but mind the rocks!! Evening entertainment was a violinist or pianist which was not entertaining. Football was shown, my 16 year old son sat at the back quietly for 10 minutes as he passed through as was shouted at to go to his room as he had no shoes or shirt on. He was humilated and refused to leave his room the next day. If you are going to have all these rules, please have signs. Location great for the beach but far from the centre. no shuttle bus. The hotel and rooms were very clean due to the hardworking house staff, the pool towel staff were very friendly. Very close to Nissi Beach. Lots of air conditioned and cool areas to sit in. Only one outdoor pool and very unsuitable adult behaviour with them drinking and smoking in the pool ... so again unsuitable for our kids. It was ok for us but not a 5 star experience apart from the room cleaning and concerige.
A perfect hoiday!
My husband and I visited the NissiBlu Beach Resort hotel in Ayia Napa from 06/07/26-11/07/26. It was a wonderful vacation! The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff was remarkably friendly at Nissi Beach. The atmosphere was so calm and peaceful, and the pastry at the hotel bar was just extraordinary! My special words of thanks and appreciation to Amrita - a massage therapist who demonstrated an extremely high degree of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. My sincere recommendations for a wonderful vacation (we were a couple, but there were many families with children, and I think this is a good place for families as well).
