Hotel it's self was small, but clean near shops and restaurants, staff where all lovely and very helpful. Only one pool was pretty small, plenty of sun loungers. Rooms where clean and modern. Did B&B breakfast had a lot of choices but last night we paid for the evening meal, shocking!!! The resort flight check in was the first time we used it and wish every hotel did this, made check in at the airport so much better, thanks Tina and Shaz
Room was descent with comfy beds and fridge. Good location if you would like to go to Nissi beach, but a bit far away from Ayia Napa city center
Pool was greate with plenty of sun loungers!
The hotel has a game section outside. the ping pong table had rackets was pretty mutch destroyed. The airhockey game had some problem with air. Sega rally machines had only 1 of 2 working.
All inclusive…. The drinks was Ok at best. Breakfast was really good with plenty of tasty options. Lunch and dinner was really bad!! The food did not taste any good, and some of it did not look good at all. I don’t consider myself as a picky eater, but after a few days I went to restaurants outside of the hotel to eat. I’m not the first person to write about this…..
The hotel itself is decent and generally okay – nothing spectacular, but it serves its purpose. The location is excellent, really convenient and close to everything you might need. However, the rooms could definitely be cleaner – housekeeping needs improvement. Also, the staff was quite unfriendly during our stay, which really took away from the overall experience. That’s something the management should seriously work on.
We stayed here mid October, family of 4. Kids loved it, the hotel when we went had a chilled vibe, no need to put towels down on the sun beds early, could choose whatever ones you wanted. Hotel was clean, staff were all lovely especially the waiting/bar staff. Life guard also a cool, friendly guy. We stayed in the bungalows just across from the hotel, spacious and clean and very peaceful, gardens all kept lovely. Pool for us was fine if a little cold but it was October, the weather was perfect most days it was around 30. Location wise it was near everything we needed, we ate out a couple of times just for a change but in my opinion the hotel food was fine. We visited Nissi beach which is a 5min walk, but preferred sandy bay (opposite direction) which was about 10–15min walk but was much quieter, the cafe bar they have there is highly recommended. All in all we loved it, would happily go back next year but we have a 3rd child with us so only reason we aren’t booking is because we would need two rooms. Also shops literally on the doorstep, the one closest to the bungalows does amazing gyros and different coloured coffee :-) Loved the cats! Nice to see they are looked after by locals, and the locals are all lovely and friendly people. Thank you to all the staff during our stay, hopefully we will be back in 2027 for a longer stay :-)
Me my wife and my little girl aged 6 have just returned. We stayed 10 nights. All inclusive. We had one of the bungalows across the road. Last year we stayed at Adams beach which is across the road and is 5 star. We enjoyed Nissiana so much more and it cost so much less. The pool area is really great. Having stayed at many hotels in many countries it was so nice not to have sunbed wars in the morning. There was beds available at all times. The pool is perfect for kids. 70% is only a couple foot deep and our girl loved it. The bungalow we were in was great. Spacious, clean and with a nice patio which got the sun all day. The food was really good breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was always something we wanted and it was really tasty. We both said that it was actually one of the best all inclusive meals we had had. The chefs were constantly coming out and checking food and if was obvious they cared about what they served. All staff we talked to were smiling, happy and helpful so they all deserve praise. Especially Sandeep ( nepal lad who worked at the bar) he made my wife the best iced coffees. We couldn’t fault anyone even the life guards were great and friendly. Our bungalow was cleaned every day and the cleaners did a great job. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Nissi beach. However we will be returning next year for Nissian hotel itself as it was just perfect for us. We even tried to book again for august but all the bungalows were full 😩.
