Shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity and there is a bus station directly before the hotel that offers regular services to Ayia Napa and Lárnaca, 2km and 40km away respectively. Great! Probably the best price-value ratio
We had a wonderful vacation at Nissi Park Hotel, and I can say with complete confidence that it was an excellent choice. Quite possibly offering the best value for money in the area, the hotel's services, location, and overall quality easily earn it a top rating. - Location & Convenience: The location is unbeatable! There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and several other shops, mini-markets, and spots are just a 2 to 3-minute walk away. Best of all, the famous Nissi Beach is only a 3-minute walk from the property, making it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. - Atmosphere & Overall Look: The hotel features a modern, extremely well-kept design with a warm, relaxing vibe right from the moment you step inside. The common areas are beautifully arranged, and the entire property exudes a peaceful holiday energy
- Staff & Service: The team here truly makes the difference. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. They make you feel genuinely valued and are always ready to assist with a smile.
- The pool is nice, clean, and serves. The surrounding space is very pleasant, offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun and unwind.
- Room & Housekeeping: Our room was spotless from day one until departure.
- Breakfast: The morning spread was fantastic! A fresh and varied buffet with options for every taste—ranging from hot dishes to fresh fruit, pastries, and quality drinks. Every morning offered plenty of variety, and the buffet was constantly replenished.
Nissi Park is a fantastic hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. It will definitely be our first choice when we return!

Great location near Nissi Beach!
The hotel location is ideal if your goal is to be close to Nissi Beach. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The hotel itself was very cozy, clean, and had polite staff. The room was extremely clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing that causes discomfort is that instead of a single double bed, two single beds are pushed together. A bus stop, supermarkets, and dining options are located close by.
A wonderful holiday - Nissi Park Hotel
An intimate, peaceful, and pleasant hotel close to the beach, with a market right next door. It features a small pool with sun loungers and has a lovely atmosphere with plenty of greenery. The rooms are just right—clean and air-conditioned—with very comfortable beds. Breakfast offers a varied and delicious selection; there is something for everyone. The hotel restaurant serves truly tasty food at reasonable prices. You can even order meals by the pool, and the staff will bring them right to your sun lounger. There is pleasant live music in the evening 🤩—highly recommended!
Don’t hesitate just book this Hotel
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday / hotel then this place is for you . 2 mins walk from the local shops 10 mins walk from the bars and restaurants. Rooms are exactly what you would want ; clean and a good size despite the balcony being small. Special thanks has to go to all the friendly staff particularly Galina who goes over and above to make your stay extra special.

Lovely stay at Nissi Park!
We had a lovely stay at Nissi Park Hotel. The rooms great, the pool area and seating areas are lovely. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied with lots to choose from. It is a short walk to a number of beaches and also local restaurants and bars with a short bus ride to aiya napa. Would recommend.
