This hotel and bungalow complex lies directly between the soft white sands of Nissi beach and expansive tropical gardens near the town of Aiya Napa. Guests will find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés in the town, and can visit the Municipal Museum. Rooms are bright and feature contemporary furnishings and picturesque garden or sea views. The hotel complex provides a variety of family-friendly conveniences including a minimarket, a kids' club, two playgrounds, and a children's pool in addition to an outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Guests can sample Cypriot specialties in the tavern, enjoy a casual breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant, and find drinks and snacks throughout the day at the poolside snack bar and beach kiosk.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I don’t usually bother to write a review, I find most people to be a Karen when writing them, but this hotel costs so much money to stay at, I thought I should.
Positives: the location of the hotel, to the beach and centre is perfect. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast and pool bar food was delicious, and waiting times for being served were great.
Negatives: reception staff were rude and unhelpful every time we asked them anything. How to get a suit/dress pressed, how to book into salon/gym, etc.
The hotel in general really seemed to have an issue with British tourists, which is also evident in that only British tourists are not allowed to upgrade to all inclusive? How they can get away with this I don’t know?
The bar service staff were also rude. They appeared to make up the drink prices as they went along and I challenged this on several occasions, and all of a sudden, they don’t appear to understand English anymore until I ask for someone else to help. One one occasion, I was told my bill was 18 euros, I handed over 20 euros and the waitress rolled her eyes, tapped the card machine and say can’t you pay card, even though they accept cash and others were paying the same.
Verdict is, one of the best located hotels in the area but the staff attitude falls short of the hotels star by miles.
Etiquette in treating all nationalities fairly wouldn’t go a miss.
Best Coffee i have there- Frappe & Freddo make Maria ❤️for me every Morning she was very friendly and shine like the Cyprus Sun☀️ Efxaristo poli and see you next year again💙
One week solo trip to Cyprus, and booked a seaview room at the Nissi Beach Resort. Magnificent view from the room of one of the highest rated beaches in Europe. Crystal clear turquoise water and perfect temperatures. But that was just the beginning. The food at the hotel was simply outstanding. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, the variety was mind boggling. And always superb. I couldn’t wait for the desserts after lunch and dinner…my waistline has expanded, but so be it! I’ll be back next year, for sure. From my balcony, I watched a couple of weddings take place on the beach…what a way to start a new life! Five stars all around!
Very nice place! Beautiful beach, sunbeds/umbrellas available for hotel guests for free. All staff were kind and helpful. Breakfasts in the Ambrosia restaurant with sea view were stunning! Nice and clean room with balcony, view to the Nissi avenue was nice. Overall the place was everytime clean and nice. We did not experienced any noisy guests. Everybody acts normal, nothing loudy or disturbing. Resort has many places to enjoy your time - bars, lobby, pool, ofc the beach. At the nissi avenue are perfect spots to try local food. Service of all kinds is perfect! Hope we will come back soon!
One of the most beautiful Hotels in Ayia Napa. The Rooms are Clean and in very good Condition. The Garden is also very Clean and looks great(there are many Weddings in this Hotelgarden). The Hotel is very close to the Nissi Beach.
