best holiday ever
I had the best time at nelia beach hotel for my family holiday! Tiziano, Hanna, Kornelia and Giulia are the best entertainers, The girls always made me feel welcome and in high spirits everytime we saw eachother. Tiziano is so much fun and makes sure your getting involved and engaged in the activities. These guys made the holiday and it wouldnt of been nowhere near as fun without them!
I couldnt recommend this hotel enough purely for these guys!😆
The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, apart from the food as i am a picky eater and lived off chips and carrots for the whole 2 weeks, but if you are an all round food lover then dont let my fussiness put you off! The reception staff were always smily and welcoming when entering and leaving, 2 minute walk to the beach with beach sun-loungers being included in the all inclusive on a first come first serve basis, what better incentive to get up and out early! The hotel is in a great location for walking to and from the main strip and all the main shops and resturaunts. I absolutely loved my holiday and experience.
Overall nice hotel and amazing animation team
The hotel was clean and nice. Everything was moneys worth. The animation team was the best, the daily programs and evening shows they hosted were fun and energetic.

Amazing stay at Nelia Beach! My first time but definitely not the last!
It was my first time staying at Nelia and what an incredible hotel with amazing staff. Straight from check-in, the whole trip went as smooth as can be.
I honestly wasn't expecting there to be daily activities but was thrilled when I discovered there was. Especially getting to meet the whole entertainment team, Tiziano, Hanna, Giulia & Kornelia. An amazing crew with lots of energy and smiles all the time. They were always creating a great atmosphere in the hotel, joking around and getting everyone to be active and social.
The rooms were very clean and spacious with very soft beds.
The sunbeds on the beach are fantastic, soft and well positioned. They're not front line but when your a few steps from the sea, it really doesn't make any difference.
And to top it off, so many incredible guests were staying at the hotel that we made a bunch of new friends.
It was truly a brilliant stay and I can't wait to come back again soon!
Beautiful hotel
We have just returned from nelia beach, the staff are amazing they work so hard, from the waiters to the reception staff to the cleaners Rooms always lovely and clean Food was a different theme every night, but we did also eat out even though we were all inclusive. A lady behind the bar called Hatem absoloutely lovely lady, very helpful always had a smile and nothing was to much for her. Beach is 5 minute walk, we never used the allocated sunbeds as felt these were very crammed together, this would be my only negative. So we paid for beds on the beach daily. Lovely little bar half way along the beach beautiful food and iced coffees and cocktails lovely to watch the sea from there. Ayia Napa very busy about a 5 minute walk away. The top end was nt for us lot of young adults very drunk and dirty clubs due to everyone’s alcohol access. Supermarket along The road think called best buys water 55 cent big bottle. Hotel was pristine and out the way of the hustle and bustle. Hotel beautiful and staff very attentive. Entertainment is okay standard karaoke singers etc, but we always went for a walk out at night The harbour is 5 mins away stunning, u need to try a boat trip . The bar on the beach amazing staff very professional and caring.
Only thing I would say is that iced coffees would be nice on the all inclusive instead of having to pay. But nelia beach u amazed us Late checkout room was supplied and we paid Thankyou for a wonderful holiday Ps try Nissi beach also we got a taxi in to there 10 euros.
