A wonderful stay in the heart of the city
The staff here were exceptional — especially Andry, who went above and beyond to take care of me when I fell ill during my stay. Her kindness reflected the whole team’s attitude.
The room was spotless, breakfast was great, and the pool area was clean and well-organized. As for location, it’s unbeatable: right in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk from the main strip, with restaurants and shops right outside.
Great service, comfort, and location all in one. Highly recommended!

Most wonderful hotel. Can not be faulted
Just home yesterday from 11 fantastic days in Ayia Napa Cyprus. We stayed at Napa Plaza hotel an omg I can not rave about it enough.. it's is slap bang in the centre of all U want to experience, strip, Luna park, etc but also so so quiet U would never think that this is were U are... They have 5 restaurants in total an all are sooo good . U have to experience the Italian, the central bar an soma bar at the poolside.. Maria the head chef is wonderful an runs a fantastic crew to put out such high quality food.. u will see her regularly walking round day an night checking if food is good an even threw us in our dessert one evening... Cloisters, the main buffet for Ur breakfast is exceptional... Every morning food is of high standards an something for everyone.. a fantastic hot food bar for Ur eggs, meats, local veg an of course so many fresh choices cereals to cheese an meats etc... only problem is what to have as the selection is huge..the staff in the restaurant are wonderful .nothing is to much bother... the rooms were spotless an modern, cleaned daily an fantastic air con.. room service by Mohy was fantastic.. he is an asset to any housekeeping team.. there are plenty of beds by the pool but I need to be early if U want to secure Ur favourite spot as towels are down from sunrise.. the team around the pool are fantastic serving Ur every need... An English lad was fantastic.. I didn't get his name B4 he went back to uni but he couldn't have done enough walking an doing laps of the pool bringing drinks an food an lifting beakers.. Sabita was fantastic to us both at the pool an in Soma.. remembering our drinks order daily an bringing us our drinks by the pool B4 we had even asked for them... Service from all staff is to be commended.. Andreas the porter just never stops... This is a wonderful hotel with so many facilities in the best location that it can not be faulted.. we will deffo be back to Napa Plaza again for sure... We are so so happy with our choice.. we feel truly spoilt🍹🌞🌴

Perfect summer holiday
Location is excellent, right next to the Aiya Napa Square where buses leave everywhere. Nissi Beach is couple of kilometres from there which is awesome. Breakfast was delicious and staff were super friendly. Air conditioning makes rooms and lobby nicely cold. Would definitely come again!
Excelent hotel experience!!
Food was best experience what I have ever faced in all inclusive hotels!! All was so delicious, ala carte restaurants and also buffet. Also staff was excelent! Pool area was really nice, drinks at pool bar was really good as well, not just some random local spirits.
Only thing what was not so ok was bathrooms (bit old, need some upgrade) and some noisy quests who tried to make up party all night long when we tried to sleep.
Anyhow, we would definately go to this hotel again!
