This renovated 4-star hotel is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa and was established in 1984. It is close to the Thalassa Museum and the nearest bus station is 300m from the hotel whereas a well known sandy beach is just 150m away.
The Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites is a popular, comfortable establishment, which is well-known for its friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and excellent on-site facilities to suit all tastes. Facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, free WiFi, souvenir shop, currency exchange, lift access, a restaurant with theme buffet dinners as well as A la Carte menu, a lounge bar, a pool bar and a fully renovated spa.
The hotel comprises a total of 150 rooms, including 4 two-bedroom Grand Suites, 24 Junior Suites as well as 10 Executive Bungalows and guests will find it a sanctuary of relaxation and comfort. The bedrooms come with twin or double beds in a contemporary, stylish and elegant design. They are equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free), mini bar (charge), tea and coffee making facilities, a bottle of complimentary water upon arrival and balcony. Outstanding hotel with excellent facilities and exceptional service
Absolutely outstanding. Everything was exceptional, the room was super clean, lovely pool, great spa, and the staff were incredible. Everyone who worked at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and polite. I came with my partner for a relaxing week to celebrate our anniversary and we were left a lovely anniversary card and wine in our hotel room. The hotel itself is outstanding, it has everything you need and is walking distance into the town and located just across the road from the beach. It’s close by to the bars if you’re looking for a more party vibe holiday, but equally it can be completely avoided if you’re just wanting a chilled quiet/ romantic getaway. The restaurant Elia offers some lovely and high quality options, and there is also a buffet option for the main restaurant. The breakfast was phenomenal, the selection was huge and a mix of traditional cooked breakfast items, Greek cuisine, fruits, pastries, cakes, juices, salads etc. The pool area has a lovely vibe with chilled music and a bar with some fantastic cocktails. Lots of places to chill both in the sun and shade. There’s a paddle court and outdoor pool table too, and live music on some of the nights. Overall we had such a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great Stay!
Great hotel with an excellent location, very close to the beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large veranda and a beautiful side sea view. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return

Napa Mermaid - Another Amazing Holiday!
This was our 3rd visit to Napa Mermaid and that should tell you everything! The hotel is amazing; great facilities, impeccably clean, wonderful staff and amazing food. The location is perfect, right across the road from the beach and a 15 min stroll into Ayia Napa. The pool area is lovely with very comfy sunbeds, shaded seating and plenty of great food and drink available all day.
Having visited before, the staff recognised us from previous years which was lovely. We've started to build some great friendships and were really looked after. Many thanks to Claudia, Andreas, Costas, King and Bobby who were amazing.
All in all, Ayia Napa and the Napa Mermaid are amazing and we had another great holiday. Already booked and counting down the days until next year!

Relaxing
Beautiful relaxing hotel, no sunbed wars or entertainment. Staff are helpful and the cleaning team is outstanding. Great location, gorgeous pool and lovely rolms. The hotel is situated near bus stop in a quiet area close to places of natural beauty to explore.. The centre of ayia nappa is around a 15 min walk. Breakfast could do with being a bit more varied, and more choice we ended up eating breakfast outside of the hotel. Although breakfast wasn’t to our taste I would definitely return to this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
