The hotel is situated on Nissi Avenue, very close to the beach. The vibrant nightlife in the heart of Ayia Napa is just a 5-minute drive away. The famous sandy beach of Macronissos, the best beach in Cyprus, and the water park are only about a 5-minute walk away. Selected shops, bars and restaurants are also within easy reach.
This newly renovated beach hotel is ideally suited to families and couples. The newly designed front entrance with its magnificent marble floor includes a brand new lobby, lounge bar and reception area. It has a bar and restaurant.
Boutique style Suites come with a large balcony or terrace, kitchenette, private bathroom, sitting room, individually-adjustable air conditioning, safe box, wide screen TVs. Free WI-FI. All the apartments have pool and garden views.
The hotel pool provides a focal point in the beautiful garden. The pool Bar with pergola serves snacks and refreshments at the pool terrace.
Guests may take advantage of Pool Restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day.

Great place in quiet area
An excellent,quiet hotel. Breakfast and staff are very good,with wide choice. Thankyou to them. The house cleaners were very thorough and efficient. Special mention for George who was always helpful. A great 10 days..we will be back for sure.

Little Gem
Excellent Small Boutique style Hotel. Cannot fault anything. Friendly staff, great room, facilities & location top notch. Very close to Nissi Beach Breakfast was really good considering its winter time & its a small hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice hotel!Best choice ever!
Absolutely loved our stay! The service was top-notch — every little detail was thought through. You can really feel the care, not just for the guests but for the pets too — such a lovely touch! The food was delicious, everything was sparkling clean, and the location is just perfect — super central, everything you need is right nearby. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!
A Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Ayia Napa...
My wife and I stayed at the Mon Reops hotel for a few weeks at the end of May and beginning of June and we had a wonderful time.
The rooms are generously proportioned with all the kitchen facilities that you would need to cater for yourselves, including a kettle.
The Wi-Fi service was good with 100mbps up/down in the communal reception area where you can sit and work and slightly lower performance in the apartments but still good enough to work. I was advised that the performance in the apartments will soon also be improved even further.
The shower delivers piping hot water, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was good quality with plenty of variety.
The hotel is close enough to Ayia Napa to get there in a few minutes with plenty of bus services stopping outside. What you don't get is the noise that comes with the centre of the town.
The hotel is also in close proximity to the Macronissos beach which provides an alternative option the extremely large pool should you wish to try something a little different.
For me, however, the very best feature was the customer service from the boss Dimi, through to the ladies managing the facility and breakfast and even the maintenance guy who I now consider a good friend.
We had a great time and, unsurprisingly, we are already planning to revisit next year!

Great Place
We stayed at Mon Repos Hotel in Ayia Napa this August with family and friends, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was excellent, and above all, the service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
