A well run hotel
Lovely hotel, quality food, drink, staff. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff excellent, especially Lazarus in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely return.

Don’t stay at this hotel!
The front desk staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, we never felt welcomed. Every time we approached the reception with a question or issue, they seemed annoyed that we were even asking. Their attitude was dismissive, impatient, and lacked even basic customer service.
What made the experience even worse was that none of our problems were actually resolved. Instead of trying to help or offering solutions, they simply complained, gave unhelpful responses, or acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Communication was poor, and there was no sense of hospitality or care for their guests.
A hotel’s reception should make guests feel comfortable and supported, but this was the complete opposite. The staff came across as uninterested, unfriendly, and unwilling to do their jobs properly. Unfortunately, the poor service at the front desk had a significant negative impact on our overall stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on the customer service alone.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we are very satisfied with the overall service, we would like to praise the housekeeper who was very pleasant and helped us on several occasions and came out to meet us. Also, the staff in the restaurant area were very nice and special praise for them as well. We will gladly recommend the hotel to everyone and we hope to come again, because we will definitely choose this hotel.
