Beautifully nestled on the eastern seaside of Cyprus, right next to one of its most picturesque beaches and the famous area of Grecian Bay, with its breath-taking views and natural environment. Within 200 metres from the hotel guests can find plenty of restaurants, traditional tavernas and small coffee shops. The nearest bus stop is 50 metres away and the town centre is just a 10-minute walk away. This ideal location makes it suitable for both those that just want to relax and those that prefer a more active vacation. Besides the fully equipped gym it offers a Volleyball and a tennis court and on the beach water sport fans will be spoiled for choice. But there are plenty of options to simply relax too, sipping refreshing drink on the sun-deck next to the lagoon style pool seems like a good start and if some pampering is needed the sauna, steam bath and a massage treatment may just do it.

Nice vacation
I have stayed at Melissi beach hotel about 8 times now and got to know it when my good friend during 10-11 years, Maria, began to work as spamanager. I quickly got another good friend in Katerina in the reception who I like to come and talk with. I liked the hotel immediately. It is clean, close to beach, town, poolbar, lobbybar and restaurant. The restaurant have a good variety of food and for me it is perfect. The area is accessible for wheelchairs and for parents with children. From the start I have always felt the staff is very nice and friendly and it is very nice to come back and say hello and talk to the nice people who I by time have got to know. In the poolbar you are being well served by Nicos, Irini and Georgia. In the lobbybar by Sotos, Ibrahim and Nibal. In the restaurant there is so many familiar faces during the years and we say hello to each other, unfortunately I cannot remember all the names. I like to come in the spa, bring Maria a cup of Freddo espresso and have a talk. I also enjoy the facilities in the spa, the sauna, sanarium, hydro pool, steambath etc. in a nice relaxing atmosphere with meditation/relaxing music and a nice scent. I have got some good massages and there is a lot of different treatments, for face and body. It is possible to book for hairdresser and nailcare. Beside the spa there is a little gym with all the equipment you need for a good fitnessexperience. In the reception area it is nice to come and talk with Katerina, Mersina, Irina, Thomas, Haseem, Baseem and Borisov...and we have often solved the world´s problems if the politicians just would listen. The animation team is some very sweet young people. Enrico, Cornelia, Muriel and Assia made me stay to quiz, karaoke, bingo which I usually dont. Especially the karaoke made a big impression to all of us when the ladies made if not the greatest then at least the loudest and most groovy entusiastic performance of ABBAS "Gimme, Gimme, Gimme...". ;) I look very much forward to come to Melissi again...maybe next week? ;))
Great hotel
Everything was top-notch: a clean room, a beautiful pool, a beautiful sea and beach, and super-friendly service at the reception and in the bars. Great a la carte restaurants. And a very comfortable room where you can get ready for your return after check-out.
100% perfect!
Wow!! This hotel is actually the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in! From the minute we arrived at 1 in the morning when there was someone who took our bags to our room and to find a fruit platter, sandwiches, yogurts and a bottle of fizz waiting for us, to the day we left eleven days later, it was total perfection! Location is perfect, close to Ayia Napa so you can easily walk to shops, bars, etc but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. It’s right on the beach too. Beautifully shaped pool with different areas to swim in. There’s also an adults only pool with a swim up bar. Food was amazing, so much choice, different themes most nights. Food was also available at the pool bar when the restaurant was closed. The staff were all, without exception, so smiley, chatty and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. One waitress in particular - Georgia - was absolutely lovely, with such a great sense of humour! We paid for an upgraded room with a sea view - omg it was the most stunning view! The bed was unbelievably comfortable. There was a fridge which is a godsend. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, beds made and a new bottle of water left. Evening entertainment was low key but we enjoyed it - there was a singer a few nights and also a quiz night. And Ayia Napa is literally on the doorstep if you want something more lively. There’s a lovely spa and gym too. The harbour can be walked to very easily and quickly via the beach or road and there are lots of boat trips to choose from. We did the yellow submarine which was great fun and only €15 each. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel if you want to visit other areas. This was our second visit to Cyprus and we are definitely booking again next year and 100% will be booking Melissi Beach. Thank you sooooo much for one of the best holidays we’ve ever had!

Such a lovely hotel
This hotel will not disappoint. Its location is on the beach but has a fabulous pool to enjoy too. The food is top draw and all the staff are so polite, genuinely helpful and its service with a smile. A special mention to Sotos in the main bar and Christos and Nikos at the pool bar - they should be commended for their friendly and professional service, always knowing what we wanted and such friendly and nice guys. The hotel is lucky to have them aswell as us customers. Melissi keep up the good work - customers are clearly your focus and we definately felt that. We will be back.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel is immaculate. Constant cleaning going on for all facilities. Two special food nights were great in Italian and Greek restaurant. Credit to Sotos and his bar staff. We always felt comfortable here. Theyre great and friendly and shared many a laugh with them especially on quiz night when they try to help. Kids loved them. Great place to chill and to watch sports if thats your thing. Food was brilliant with plenty of choice. Not always like british food such as bacon and sausage etc but being able to have fresh stuff made such as omelettes was great. Drinks have been spot on throughout and made with care. Feel there should be more choice of snacks throughout the day for all inclusive. Pool is deep in most places so not always best for kids. Only couple of small areas under 1m40. Great holiday though and never had an issue with sunbeds. They could do with some more on the private beach. Even tried the public beach at the bottom and the sea was lovely. Happy to pay 20 euro for 4 for the day.
