The stay at this hotel was perfect. Everywhere was clean. The cleaning and maintenance staff were always smiling. The food was very tasty. All inclusive should include free Mojito (just my personal preference). The beach is really close to the hotel, the hotel pool is clean, well-maintained. The service at lunch and dinner was great, I have to commend the lady who ordered our drinks most of the time. She was very nice and polite. In my opinion, the outdoor bar could be open longer than 11:00 PM. Otherwise, the service at the bar was perfect. Big thanks to the manager George, who oversees the smooth running of the service. The service at the bar was very helpful in terms of guests' requests. I don't remember the names of the service staff at all, except for Artur. In short, his professionalism was on point when it came to mixing drinks. Thank you for a great experience in the form of a problem-free stay. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again, Margadina Lounge Hotel is a clear choice.
Margadina lounge hotel was amazing . To anyone looking for feedback on a stay at this resort there is simply too many niceties to list and just one negative . The pool area is small and you need to claim your lounger at 7 a.m at breakfast or before or there all gone lol but literally the beach is 200m away ( 5 min ) walk and charge is cheap so overall our experience was faultless really .
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was lovely with a good choice each morning. The hotel was also very clean everywhere.
We didn’t watch the entertainment so can’t comment on that side of things.
The only issue which really needs addressing is the sunbed situation. People were putting towels out ridiculously early to reserve beds. One day I saw sunbeds reserved for around 5 hours without anyone using them. Last night at 11pm people were already reserving beds for the next day, which is crazy. I know the rule is meant to be one hour, but it really needs to be properly enforced as it’s unfair on other guests.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at the spa! From the moment I walked in, Tea made me feel really welcoming and the atmosphere and beautifully relaxing. Every detail—from the soothing music to the clean, serene space—made me feel completely at ease.
The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist Ntorii was highly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve tension while still making the experience deeply relaxing. I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free.
You can truly tell that a lot of care and passion goes into the service and I can’t recommend this spa enough to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.
I will definitely be coming back again soon!
The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable we found the food to be very good, we have read reviews saying the food isn't hot enough but that wasn't the case while we were there, The sunbed wars began on our second week so we used the beach which is a few minutes walk from the hotel, there are no hot snacks at all only cold sandwiches from the pool bar which was very disappointing, there's no entertainment other than pool aerobics each morning and an occasional DJ at night, the alcohol is ok but the mixers are terrible, the staff during the day in the dining room and at the pool were lovely but the bar staff at night could do with a lesson in smiling, we definitely won't be returning to this hotel
