We stayed at this hotel between the 5th and 19th of July. We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Me, my wife and our 16 year old son, along with my brother, his wife, and their 16 year old daughter. Right from the arrival, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. As we arrived late, we were informed we had packed lunches, water, juice and a bottle of wine in our rooms. This was a lovely touch. I’ll get the slight negatives out the way, then focus on the many positives. Negatives- The Air con outside of your rooms was hit and miss. There really should be an area in the hotel to cool down, read, have a drink and just chill out. I say this as a Scotsman who is not used to the daily 35c heat. The entertainment at night was also very hit and miss. Luckily the World Cup was on, and the occasional DJ night. But if you’re staying all inclusive, you expect some form of entertainment. Even a pub quiz, karaoke etc. You shouldn’t have to leave the hotel to find entertainment. Now the positives- For all inclusive, the food was fantastic quality and choice, with themed nights such as Mexican and Chinese. Something at every meal, even for fussy eaters. The drinks and soft drinks had a huge selection. Probably the best at any hotel we have been to. From the many cocktails and mocktails, to the wines, beer etc. everything was top notch, nothing appeared “watered down” again, something for everyone. The kitchen and bar staff work so hard, and they were all so friendly. Special mention to Harroon in the restaurant who was always cheery, helpful and always had time to talk to us, having a bit of banter with our son. I hope they really value him there. The bar staff at the pool and main bar, dimatrina, thenasis, Eva and Daniela were all absolutely brilliant. But Temi is what this hotel is all about. Friendly, hard working and efficient. Honestly, she would be working 18 hour days, 6 days a week, but always with a smile, and took the time to have a chat, great with adults and teenagers alike. Deserves a pay rise I’m sure.
The entertainment- Although the entertainment was sparse at night, through the day, the girls were brilliant. Zumba, yoga, darts, pool etc. And for them to do it daily in that heat, enthusiastically, with a smile, they really do the hotel proud. Special mention again to Radca, who was brilliant with us all, especially our son, and brought him out his shell. Speaks multiple languages, brilliant dancer, always smiling, and makes everyone feel happy and included. The hotel has supermarkets right across the road, bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk, and the beach also a 5 minute walk. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The Air con in the room, and the room itself was perfect. Harroon, Radca and Temi are, in my opinion, the shining lights of this hotel, but everyone was lovely. The gym, the spa, were unexpected welcome bonuses. Thank you so much for making our stay a special one.
Cheers
Aaron

I have never written a trip advisor review in my life after several holidays a year so I’m hoping that puts into perspective how passionate I am about this review and preparing others.
Firstly if you have booked this hotel with love holidays or plan too they only sell the annex rooms which is not advertised on their website.
The annex rooms are located across the road from the hotel above a shop. If this is your idea of 4* then carry on - if it’s not AVOID!
It’s not just love holidays however some guests will be plonked above the shops and it’s simply awful. No lifts, full of young girls partying and no access to any facilities.
The pool area is not big enough for the amount of guests. You can’t get a bed any day and even if you are lucky enough they are on top of everyone else with little room to move. Most beds are in the shade because of the amount of trees surrounding the pool. Yes they look pretty but if you want to sunbathe it’s near on impossible.
If you have or plan to book an all inclusive be prepared to not be able to be in the hotel during the day (unless you sit in the room!) as there is nowhere in sun to sit.
The food - lukewarm and basic. Expected at an all inclusive I guess. My main gripe was that your drink never came with your food. It took that long that you had finished eating before it arrived. Lunch at the pool bar was sandwiches only. Not ideal it you have allergies or food intolerances as the options are so limited.
Majority of the staff were fine but I would strongly advise avoiding the male manager. He is rude, ignorant and unhelpful. He made us feel so unwelcome for the duration of our stay.
The glass on the balconies within the annex rooms was cleaned at 6am. Again this may not bother you but for me personally it isn’t the time I want to be woke on my holiday.
Honestly I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable we found the food to be very good, we have read reviews saying the food isn't hot enough but that wasn't the case while we were there, The sunbed wars began on our second week so we used the beach which is a few minutes walk from the hotel, there are no hot snacks at all only cold sandwiches from the pool bar which was very disappointing, there's no entertainment other than pool aerobics each morning and an occasional DJ at night, the alcohol is ok but the mixers are terrible, the staff during the day in the dining room and at the pool were lovely but the bar staff at night could do with a lesson in smiling, we definitely won't be returning to this hotel
I had an absolutely incredible experience at the spa! From the moment I walked in, Tea made me feel really welcoming and the atmosphere and beautifully relaxing. Every detail—from the soothing music to the clean, serene space—made me feel completely at ease.
The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist Ntorii was highly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve tension while still making the experience deeply relaxing. I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free.
You can truly tell that a lot of care and passion goes into the service and I can’t recommend this spa enough to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.
I will definitely be coming back again soon!
