Countdown has started for next year!
We stayed here the first week in October. What a fantastic time we had from start to finish! The staff were so welcoming, they really couldn’t do enough for you! The pool bar staff were second to none! So much fun! It was our friend’s birthday, who was staying in the hotel next door…as its open to non residents they came to visit and the staff insisted she have a birthday cocktail on the house which was such a lovely touch!
The pool and grounds are so well maintained and I secretly think this has something to do with the resident cat…who we named Polly!
The room was great, for self catering there’s nothing more you could ask for and so spacious! The views from the balcony overlooking the pool…wow! The reception staff were amazing as well, allowing us to keep our room on for no extra charge as we had a late flight!
The distance into Ayia Napa is nothing at all, whether it’s the bus for €2 or a taxi…it’s really not that far. Such a lovely chilled out place to forget normal life for a while! The “Shack” as we named it just outside the hotel is well worth a visit too! We loved it so much that before we left we booked to go back next year! Countdown is already on! Thank you for such a lovely week
Absolutely brilliant
I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and had an amazing time! The hotel is very clean, the grounds are very well kept, the hotel rooms are also lovely and clean. The staff are absolutely brilliant 🤩 they are very welcoming, and very accommodating. They go above and beyond and it’s no trouble for them. A big thank you to Kumar, and Eleni, for making us feel so welcome every time we come to visit. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them. They are both such lovely people. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely. See you again soon 🫶

Not a 5 star hotel
The apartments and pool were lovely but they shut the resturant as they didnt have enough guests or staff to cater for half board so they gave you a menu with set meals same every day had to complain to get a steak with wine which was very unfair when we were supposed to get a medireanean buffett.

Disgusting
I and my wife went here2 weeks ago on half board when we arrived the buffet breakfast was terrible coffee in machine cold hot buffet cold I eat yogurt as the so called bacon was all fat the beans were cold the staff couldn't care we were promised a evening buffet next night I was told their was no buffet as there was not enough guests in the hotel I and my wife ended up with a me.nue like witherspoons I spoke to the manager and he told me you have a choice from the venue he didn't care less please afford this place it is disgusting I paid 2000 for this and I had to eat out every night

Gread experience
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms and the hotel premises were clean. The cleaning staff also took care of the dishes, which is not the standard practice at every hotel.
