Elena made a difference in Makronisos hotel!
The resort is big, spacious. They have two pools and the apartments are very clean and the staff are very friendly. One of the staff Elena was very lovely and she made our lives easier. In the mornings she always greeted us with pleasure and helped us with whatever we needed. She speaks many languages which is very comforting as she can speak to you in your own language. She lifts up the spirit of the whole hotel and brings joy to everyone! The young gentlemen working during lunch/dinner as well as sometimes In breakfast are very very helpful, they guided us and attended to every need. They were also very lively and friendly! We were always pleased with the experience and they really looked after us! If we needed to have an early lunch or dinner they never said no and attended to everything we needed! Overall our experience here was amazing and I would highly recommend!!!

Perfect for a family trip
Very nice and comfortable. Very central. The staff was realty friendly and nice, especially the receptionist ( EVA ). Will surely come back.
Amazing holiday
This is my 3rd time staying here. It's such a nice place to stay. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I always request the same room as I feel safe and comfortable. They have always accommodated my request. Rooms are very well kept and spacious. Cleaners are also super friendly and do a great job. I have had the best time staying with you. Thank you for a great holiday, I'm sad to leave. But I'll be back in October hopefully to room 311. See you all soon
Good holiday
Been going here for over 20 years, always a good holiday, great pool lovely appartments always helpful on reception it is kept really well plenty of sunbeds etc I would recommend this place for a nice family holiday with nearby pubs restaurants and a bus stop outside, already looking foreward to next year. Our stay at Makronisos Village in Ayia Napa was fantastic. The property is very well-maintained, clean, and surrounded by greenery, creating a truly peaceful, holiday atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the pool and relaxation area allow for a truly relaxing stay away from the crowds.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is a big plus—close to the beautiful Makronisos Beach, yet in a quieter area. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it and would happily return.
