Loutsiana is a family-run apartments situated on the outskirts of Ayia Napa enjoying a quiet location that provides a friendly and relaxed environment. They have been undertaking major renovations the past few years that have brought the facilities and rooms up to a high standard. Some rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, mini fridge and a toaster. They also fully air-conditioned and come with a large balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Between the beautiful gardens is the large swimming pool which operates from 8:00 – 20:00 so customers can enjoy a piece of paradise during the warm summer months. BBQ night followed by live music every Saturday and theme nights during the week is what customers are waiting for enjoying a variety of traditional dishes followed by a lot of dancing and drinking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Easy to get into town calm and quite loverly aircon rooms and spacious half board food plentiful average entertainment local beaches within 10min bus ride €2 each way. Worth the price. Staff and service very nice and great attitude.Amenities are plentiful to.
What a little gem of a lovely hotel we came back Sunday after a week with 9 family members we had a wedding staff are lovely couldn't do enough for us we was half board food plentiful and very fresh. We had our 15 month granddaughter delilah with us all the staff made a big fuss of her she loved them all. The place is spotless cleaning staff were brilliant to clean towels each day beds made 😀 would love to come back soon Deserves a higher rating. Beaches close by shops and bus stop outside €2 to where ever you go taxi was also good down load bolt like our uber good prices. Thankyou for a lovely holiday 😘
This is a return visit to Loutsiana, after a lovely experience with them a few years ago. We decided to return for a 3 night break. I honestly can’t find a bad thing to say! The rooms are spotless, modern, good air con. Our room looked over the pool, which is great for families also as there is a smaller pool and jacuzzi area. The staff are friendly, very polite and the apartments are in a great place, away from the bustle of Napa. We’d definitely return again.
This is a really good aparthotel.
Really clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a small affair but was perfectly adequate and we enjoyed it. Decent cuppa tea with it :)
The pool is also pretty clean given (like everywhere) everyone going in wearing sunscreen. I enjoyed the relaxed vibe. Tended to go to breakfast at 9 & there were always loungers available at that time.
The beaches nearby are beautiful. Probs enjoyed Macronissos the most. The lounger rental is amazingly cheap. Isola beach club at Nissi was fun but value for money was questionable and lots of summer algae at Nissi in the water.
We had a 1 bedroom apartment. The air con is a bit all or nothing. Even at 20 deg and on quiet setting it was cool for sleeping in but maybe that’s just me! It was fab during the day though. Our hairdryer didn’t work (no issue, brought my own anyway) and the sofa beds were comfy but a bit creaky (however that’s probs being picky, they’d be just fine for younger kids, mine are a bit older). There were no other complaints - it was clean, kitchen & furniture were decent, bathroom was nice (looked updated from the website) and whist we didn’t have a pool view we had a side sea view. The balcony was tight for space though, we just got 3 of us out there.
We didn’t eat at the restaurant outside breakfast time but drinks were fine and ice cream very reasonably priced. My son is gluten free so for breakfast I’d taken muesli and bread rolls for him and he managed fine by topping this up with yoghurt, fruit, eggs, bacon, beans and 1 of the sausage varieties is gluten free.
If you need gluten free food, the Kings Sword pub nearby has some decent options. In Ayia Napa we can recommend Raphael’s, Los Mexicanos and Hard Rock as all catering really well for regular and gluten free. The Glasshouse restaurant ar Adams Beach hotel is just beautiful with really nice good. The view is amazing, it’s not cheap but so worth it.
The Waterpark on the Sunday for Wave Fest was great fun. Rented a cabana & would recommend.
We had a fab time and I was glad to be on the outskirts, central Ayia Napa was not the vibe I was looking for but we enjoyed popping in (esp liked The Square pub, great live music). Download Bolt for a cab (like uber) and buses are cheap / easy but won’t always turn up on time.
We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day, which we really appreciated.
However, the location was not convenient. It is far from the city center and also far from the beach, so we had to take a bus every time we wanted to go there.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was exactly the same every single morning—mostly sausages and eggs—with almost no variety. After 6 mornings, it became very repetitive and boring.
Another downside was that the swimming pool closed quite early in the evening, so there was little time to enjoy it after returning from the beach.
We stayed in an apartment-style room, but there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. When we asked at the reception, we were told to buy them ourselves. For a 4-star hotel, we expected these basic toiletries to be provided or at least offered on request.
Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff kept the rooms in excellent condition, but the location, repetitive breakfast, limited pool hours, and lack of basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable.
