Green Bungalows is located in the centre of Ayia Napa. We are 5 minutes from the famous Bar Street and 5 minutes from all the restaurants and shops located along Nissi Avenue. Our nearest beach is the Harbour Beach which is 1 km away and takes approximately ten minutes to walk. So whether you are a group of friends coming for the height of the season or on a family holiday in the quieter months you will find everything you need on your door step.
Offering a fun and safe environment for everyone with 24 hour reception, security around the clock to make sure all our guests are looked after and the hotel operates a resident only policy. The bar is 24 hours showing all live sports, in the height of season you will find pool parties and live DJs, from September we have more live entertainment to suit the clientele.

Staff are all so rude, horrible hotel
Please don’t come to this hotel unless ur literally coming just for the strip. The staff are so RUDE, they didn’t even realise we was half board and the restaurant wasn’t open the first day because me and my partner was the only on who booked it. No one told us until we asked at reception. They did not even apologise that they forgot. They just gave us a small menu and they decided what we can and can’t have. All waitresses and bar staff are absolutely lovely. It’s just a shame reception and all the managers are vile. Making horrible remarks to you when u walk past, you’re not aloud to even drink ur own water because it’s not bought from the hotel. We ended up banning the cleaner from our room, due to her LEAVING OUR DOOR wide open. Luckily nothing was stolen. After reporting this to reception. Again no apology. Just, we will tell them not to come in. All room showers are broke, showers don’t get hot, you have to have a freezing cold shower due to no warm water. And the sink in the kitchen doesn’t have cold water only hot. Again overall we didn’t let it ruin our holiday, Ayia napa is great and the holiday was amazing and we met some amazing people around the pool and on the strip. If you can get past all stated above, it’s okay for a cheap stay for partying.
Very basic accomodation, but not cheap enough for what you actually get
Very basic accommodation, with a lot of flaws. Great pool, decent breakfast. We stayed 4 people, including two kids in the family apartment. The air conditioning wasn't satisfactory for the whole apartment, as it existed only in the parents' room, so they brought also a ventilator, but that was not enough... The toiletry was not sufficient, towels were not changed daily, we bought towels to manage... The furniture looks from the 80s, evrything we touched didn't work completely... I am not sure this was worthy of the 200 euro/night we paid...

absolutely amazing, loved every minute of it, Harriet and George especially, they were absolutely perfect with us, knew how to have a laugh, spoke to us with respect, coming again every year

Tired, dirty and full of drunk teens
Myself and daughter stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was very disappointed from the good reviews i read. Looking back I should have looked at the age range as this explained everything. The first room we had was basic, it was very old and the kitchen area you would not have wanted to use. We were put in between a large group and had to endure constant banging of doors as they went in to each others rooms at 4/5 am in the morning, many times knocking on our door as was too drunk to remember where they were going. Spoke to reception who said they would be happy to move us but it didn’t get any better. The shower constantly flooded, material shower curtain that was filthy and floors never got cleaned at all. The main nightclub strip backs on to the property so be prepared for music from many bars until 6/7am. there were so many drunk guests coming back shouting down the corridors and banging their doors going in to each others rooms. The pool was dated and the sunbeds falling apart, every 5/10 mins you would hear a slam and another guests sunbed would hit the deck as they were all split and snapped. Large groups of revellers taking over the pool, one particular group i had to ask to stop as they were drunk and kept hitting the ball at guests trying to relax. if i was between 18-25 this hotel prob would have been perfect lol. great location very close to everything and provides parking but couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
