Enjoyable holiday
We stayed in sea view suite 102 for 11 days from 3/10/26. Clean, comfortable, spacious with good air con. On our first day we noticed that some balconies had clothes airers so we asked reception if we could have one. Within 20 minutes housekeeping brought one still in its wrapper! We enjoyed the variety at breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only slight niggle was, as with most hotels, the shower floor tiles were like glass when wet. However we always take a shower mat with us. No doubt if we had asked for one, reception would have obliged. It's a hotel we would recommend.

Brilliant location
Great location 5 mins to the beach with just a nice gentle slope down to it. Friendly staff and a breakfast with enough variety to suit all. The rooms were lovely and clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom did show signs of wear and tear but so close to the end of the season nothing really to complain about. If you like peace and quiet at night but also like the idea of bars and restaurants close enough to walk to this is perfect. 15/20 walk to the harbour with plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. Not much further to the livelier bars where we occasionally adventured into but was quite happy to leave after a few hours 😂. Well recommended all round.

October sunshine ☀️
Enjoyed a weeks holiday here early October with my son. Booked a sea view room with a separate bedroom. Son would be staying on the sofa bed in the main lounge area which wasn’t made up with bedding when we arrived but a trip down to reception it was soon sorted. The living/lounge space is particularly big with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer and oven and hob and a small quantity of glasses and cutlery. There is a table and chairs also. If you wanted to make use of the oven and hob it was a 50 euro deposit for utensils but we didn’t make use of this. The fridge didn’t feel particularly cold but we used the freezer for water and drinks etc. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and beds made. Nice balcony with comfortable chairs. The television in the sofa bed area didn’t work as the attachment wasn’t suitable for the plug. Not sure why it was left in the room as it was redundant. The housekeeping staff work extremely hard and gave great service. We enjoyed the breakfasts, lots of choice for everyone. Great coffee 😘 The pool bar and breakfast staff all lovely taking time out to say hello. The reception staff a bit mixed. Some friendly and helpful some not so. Asked about a late checkout the day before we left and unfortunately was told the hotel was at full capacity. Appreciate that but wasn’t offered or explained there are shower rooms near the gym. I hadn’t used the gym so didn’t know they were there. All the receptionist said was we could store our luggage at reception. Not particularly helpful when you have a late checkout and have to be out of your room by 11am. However the hotel is in a great location and the sea is just a few minutes away. The walk into the main part was about 10-15 minutes. Ideal location. A little bin in the bedroom would be helpful and a brighter light particularly over the mirror in the bedroom please.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Cyprotel Florida, and the hotel made it even more special with a beautiful surprise. Our room was decorated for our honeymoon, and we were also welcomed with a bottle of champagne. Thank you so much for this lovely gesture — it truly made our stay even more memorable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and looks very well maintained. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable, and we were very happy with our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
14 days wasn't enough. Absolute 10/10 gem in Ayia Napa!
A bit late with this review after a chaotic couple of weeks back home, but I couldn't skip giving Cyprotel Florida the credit it deserves!
If you’re looking for the absolute sweet spot in Ayia Napa, this is it. It hits the perfect balance: literally steps from the beach, super close to the center, yet tucked away enough to guarantee total peace and quiet when you want to rest.
Here’s why this place is a 5/5: • Rooms & View: Spotlessly clean, super fresh, and waking up to that balcony view over the pool and out to the Mediterranean Sea is pure magic. • Food: Breakfast hit the spot every single day-fresh, variety-packed, and top quality. • The Team: Roy (General Manager), Petra (Front Desk), and the entire staff are absolute legends! 10/10 service across the board-warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about every guest.
The only downside? 14 days flew by way too fast and I had to leave. I’m literally still hyping this place up to all my family and friends back home. Don't think twice, just book it! 🙌🇨🇾
