Great hotel with excellent location, central but quiet with an amazing pool area and covered verandas for sitting and having lunch with children swimming near by under supervision. The personnel all very friendly and polite. Very reasonable pricing and an overall great experience. We will certainly be back soon
There are very few places that exceeded our expectations in an every way and this hotel is definitely one of them!! From The time we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. Our room was big with a nice view of the swimming pool and the sea. The extra bed was big enough for our daughter and comfortable. Every member of the team accord every department made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. It’s rare to experience such consistently outstanding service. A heartfelt thank you for making our daughter’s birthday so special. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return.
The Cretan massage I had from Georgia was very relaxing and it touched on all relevant points. I recommend this place and the masseuse.
Great spa and staff, pool and the pool area is nice and clean, close to the harbor and all the action
The hotel is the most welcoming place we've stayed in after multiple trips to Ayia Napa over the last decade. From the staff at reception, to the waiters/waitresses, to the chambermaids. Special mention in particular to Ayman (from Egypt) the lifeguard around the excellent swimming pool(s), and also Rakesh (from Nepal), the waiter around the pool(s) area. These two in particular, excel in their guest service & general demeanor. A credit to the hotel indeed! The room we stayed in (superior with sea view), was basic but more than adequate. The view was as advertised, very easy on the eyes, affording unadulterated views across the Mediterranean towards the middle East. However, we had an issue with a rotting roof on the balcony, evidently succumbing to the rust accumulation over the years, due to it's proximity to the ocean. As a result, a continuous dripping occured from above, leaving a pool of water mingled with rust on our balcony floor. Despite trying to articulate the problem to the reception twice, the best they could come up with was to send a cleaner around to mop up the rusty water. We asked for maintenance to check the issue, but to no avail. It seems our concerns were not taken seriously, and the problem was just left. It has definitely worsened, as we are on our last day here as I write this. It's a great shame, as everything else was a positive here. But this obviously serious maintenance issue was seemingly completely ignored. My guess is they'll probably check the issue out once we depart later today ...
