Feel sorry for the staff
This hotel is full with british people....not the nice kind, but the worst kind. People are fighting drunk over night, im no poor sleeper and i can woke up to these fight noises from other ROOMS (not only one, but many) and the cars playing music outside. There reads that hotel has elevator. Wich is true, but only on the other building.
Some of these quests were so drunk and rude on the poolside, i hadto tell the staff, and they were very sorry and say that there is nothing that they can do, "this is the same always, wont change"
Nice pool, centre location, nice staff but not worth the price.
Fabulous Holiday
We had a lovely 4 weeks stay in a 1 bedroom apartment...everything about the hotel is spot on, location, cleanliness, food, staff etc...already booked for another stay in 2027. Would highly recommend 😎
Very pleasant welcome, but disappointed with the hotel’s services.
The hotel looks like the photos and is well located, which is a positive point, as well as the friendliness of the staff, who are very kind and welcoming. However, these are unfortunately the only real positives of the stay.
The soundproofing is terrible, both from the road side and between the rooms, which makes the stay very uncomfortable. The swimming pool and bar, located in the middle of the rooms, create constant noise and make it impossible to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
In addition, the cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not satisfactory at all, which was very disappointing. Overall, a mostly negative experience despite a few limited positives.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made my experience was the incredible staff.
A special thank you to the wonderful lady at reception who went above and beyond to help me after I broke my foot during my holiday. She helped me find the right hospital to go to, arranged a taxi for me, and was so kind and reassuring during a really stressful situation. Her compassion and willingness to help meant so much, and I’ll always be grateful for how she looked after me.
The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Even though my holiday didn’t go as planned, the care and kindness I received from the team made a difficult experience so much easier. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality!
My dogs kennel is more equipped
Horrible apartment, no utensils provided had to buy them. No soap for washing dishes. Had to pay for air con. £6 a day. Flipping joke, Stay elsewhere !!
