This place is absolutely amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious and the air con is definitely needed. As it was absolutely boiling. The sun loungers and pool are really nice and have such a chilled vibe and they play music aswell so that makes it enjoyable too. The food is lovely and they have a very good and tasty menu,that caters for everyone. The cocktails are beautiful aswell,my favourite was the christabelle special. But what makes this place amazing is the staff. From the manager(Theo) to the receptionist (Mariana) who made us feel so welcome and helped with any requests that we had like getting a taxi to renting a car etc they helped without hesitation and were so friendly and accommodating. The bar manager (Chris)(Evan)and another young guy,were what really made our holiday. They were so friendly and we had such a good laugh with them.(they couldn’t believe I didn’t like ice with my drinks and made jokes 247 :) They were hilarious and just so kind and helpful. They really make that bar a special place to be. If you’re going here you will love it and not want to leave. The maintenance man ( locked myself on my balcony and had to be saved lol)and the lifeguard are also absolutely lovely too.Always smiling and working hard. Everyone that works there really made our 2 weeks so special and unforgettable. And they all deserve bonuses for all their hard work. This place is a 10/10!! I can’t wait to go back

Good location. Clean room.
Good clean room. Towels changed twice in the week. Cleaners came most days. Location for town centre perfect, not within range of the late night noisy bars. The only gripe was having to pay an extra £40 to have air con for the week when the temperatures were over 30C...

Great value
The hotel is about 15-20 minute walk downhill to town. A good idea would be to hire a vehicle/buggy/bike rather than pay for BOLT or bus everywhere.
There are lots of charges for extra things like air con. They charge €9 per unit per day.
You are not permitted to eat your own food or drink around the pool area.
There is a supermarket literally across the road - expensive, but they sell absolutely everything.
The bus is 101 & 102 which is a few euros. Cash only but the queues are ridiculous so you may need to wait for 2 or 3 to pass before you can get onboard as they are always full.
My apartment, the bar and restaurant and the public areas are spotless. The kitchenette is equip with everything you’ll need.
The barman Cristof remembered my drink and is a really nice guy.

Not the best of hotels!
I’ve stayed in about 20-25 hotels and I’d say this one has been the worst. Feel like you’re in prison around the pool area. Not allowed to take your own food and drink, no speaker, no ball games. Lifeguard spends more time catching people out with their own food and drink rather than watching what’s going on in the pool. The bar pool bar isn’t the cheapest for drinks and food and the guy behind there seemed a bit miserable. Always managed to get a sun bed but I think you’d struggle when it’s the busy months. Flys are really annoying.
The apartments are ok. 9 euro a day for the air con to which I think is pretty disgusting to charge that and then 2 euro a day for the safe. 77 euro if you were to have both for 7 days. The bed has been one of the worst I have ever slept in. Woke up in pain with hips everyday so had to sleep on my front or back. I asked for a an extra pillow for 3 days then to finally get one the day before I fly, no pillow case. I also asked for an iron for 2 days in a row to be told no so I just gave up. No chance of a lie in cause the cleaners will wake you up with there talking. Next to the hotel someone has a mini motor and is racing that up and down everyday, drives you nuts! The room towels smell like smelly socks. The bedding didn’t smell the best either. Honestly could not wait to get home to a nice clean bed. Showers take 10 minutes to warm up but they are ok.
Housekeeping is none existent. They come in every other day and put fresh (smelly) towels on the bed, empty the bin and put a bit of bleach down the toilet.
People on reception are useless, and miserable.
I like to end things on a positive and the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is it’s near the strip.
Would I stay here again absolutely not! 1/10
