Amamzing Hotel
Amazing Hotel for couples and young people. The Hotel has 2 swimming pools, one for kids and one with 180 cm depth. The rooms are clean, nice, and modern. The Breakfast is adequate. The closest beach is 5 min walk - Perera Beach, where the Musan underwater museum is located. This beach is perfect for snorkeling or diving. Vathia Gonia (Sandy Bay) beach is also very close, about 10 mins walk from the Hotel. Many water sports can be done at this beach.

A NIGHTMARE
I really don't know what happened with our stay in this hotel, because viewing all the reviews and marks, it said that it is excellent, clean, perfect little hotel. Our expensive was at least to say horrible. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures for all the things, because I was shocked and rushed to the reception asap to fix it, so I wasn't thinking of documenting that in the moment. To begin with, we arrived to the hotel at 5am, and went straight to the room where we saw pee on the toilet board. After that, when we wanted to take a shower after a long trip, the towels were dirty as well with some stains on them. I immediately rushed in the middle of the night to the reception to complain and they said they will fix it the morning after. Ok, the next morning we went to the beach and they said the cleaning lady spent one hour cleaning the room again. Only towels looked better, but the glasses had marks on them, all the night tables also were dirty, and I cleaned it by myself. They were cleaning the rest of our stay by sweeping the floors, but I had to inspect towels every single time. And of course, they were dirty. On top of everything, one day after returning to the room, it was raining outside, I entered the room and saw it was leaking from the ceiling. I immediately rushed down because I was afraid it will start burning since it was leaking next to the light bulb, and they moved us to another room, where the internet was bad, and guess what - again dirty towels and glasses. The bathroom in that other room was quite dirty as well, not with the pee this time, but shower looked like it wasn't cleaned for a bit while. Of course, we never used them, but I can't understand how was it possible. By the end of the stay, couple of more things broke in the room, so I don't know how was this place renovated. All in all, the only ok thing about it were employees who reacted quickly, but unfortunately, without fixing the problem entirely. I stayed in hundreds of different hotels in my life, but I have never had to experience something like this. Was this only our "bad luck", I don't know, but i definitely would never recommend this place to anyone, even if they would give it for free. The management of the hotel should definitely think very seriously of doing something on the topic of cleaness.

Great hotel, perfect for what we wanted. We did self catering so can’t comment on food, but room was nice and clean, with satellite tv, free air con, free wifi, hairdryer, and little kitchenette. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Popped to reception a couple of times - staff always friendly and very helpful. They’ve even allowed us to check out a hour later even though our room was booked that day. Great location with lovely beaches nearby, nice little restaurant at the end of the lane, and loads of nearby supermarkets. I read the recent bad review and can honestly say we did not experience anything like this. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Bellini Hotel in Ayia Napa is located on Nissi One, which is a very central street in Ayia Napa and is very convenient. Everything is close by, lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets and a good atmosphere. The hotel is cozy, homely, and excellent for friends, couples and families. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the hospitality was wonderful and family-like. The hostess and her family were wonderful and kind hosts. We were stranded due to the war in Israel and received support, assistance and sympathy. There is a fun pool area with sunbeds, breakfast, rooms cleaned every day and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent, with a very convenient location. We appreciated that it was almost equally distant from Nissi Beach and the city center – a bit of a walk, but perfect for us as we enjoy strolling. The property was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
