A lovely hotel
My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with our teenage son. We have holidayed in Cyprus for years, even married there 18 years ago! This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in around the Ayia Napa / Nissi beach area. The location is great for both areas. Rooms are very spacious and clean, the housekeeping lady is so friendly! Food and drinks were very nice, we never got bored of the food in the restaurant and the snack bar was great, chicken Caesar salad was delicious. We preferred having sunbeds on the grassed area as this was a quieter area away from the pool with a lovely breeze coming from the sea. We never had any issues getting the sunbeds. The bar staff were extremely friendly and polite, and a real credit to the hotel. As we had a late checkout, it was handy to book a 30 minute slot in the “spare room” for a shower. We would definitely return here. Thank you to all staff for a wonderful stay ☺️

We had an amazing stay here, the location was perfect, not in a super busy area but only a 15 min walk to the main shops and strip, beach was a 2 min walk from the hotel, there’s a shop down the road too which is nice and convenient. The atmosphere was really good and staff was all lovely, they get you seated at the all inclusive restaurant and bring you drinks it was lovely service. We didn’t see much entertainment going on here they had some singers but like I said the main area isn’t far for entertainment. Our room was a lovely spacious top floor apartment block, the ground floors had access to the swim up pools, our room was constantly cleaned and fresh towels given everyday, aircon was brill and balcony was a really good size, very modern looking rooms and outside areas. The balcony’s can be a little close to each other so not much privacy but this didn’t bother us much. Noise wise was absolutely fine we had no issues with outside noise. Pool area was great there was plenty of sun loungers to go round we never had an issue getting one. I will say the ones round the pool fill up by around 9am. Restaurant and lounge areas always clean and tidy. Food here was honestly amazing I’ve never had such nice all inclusive hotel food, it felt more like a waited service restaurant than your usual all inclusive buffet, plenty of options for everyone and they have themed nights too for food. Overall we would definitely stay here again it was a really enjoyable experience and made our holiday.
Incredible Holiday!!!!
Where to even begin, we arrived off the plane and didn’t get to the hotel until late, we were welcomed by a chaperone to our room and friendly smiles from reception. They had sandwiches and cakes ready for us to eat upon arrival. Our holiday was incredible from start to finish. Hotel was located from 20 minute walk from Ayia Napa, you couldn’t hear any noise. The hotel staff were so polite friendly and visibly loved their job, just a joy to be around, really added to the atmosphere. If your drink was empty they’d be there to get you a new drink and remember what your go to order was the longer you stayed which made the experience even more personable. The staff clearly cared about the cleanliness of the environment, appreciated their working environment, from the house keeping of our room, providing fresh towels daily and to the way the bar area looked, by the sunbeds and just overall the duty of care for all facilities that was provided. Many people say about all inclusive hotels how the food is monotonous but it couldn’t be further from the truth here, the variety of foods for lunch and dinner was something we looked forward to because there were different themes each night. We had the italian restaurant Novello two times we were there with no extra charge, the food was stunning. The entertainment each night was amazing, plenty of people got involved and managed to mingle with other people on holiday we built some fabulous relationships while we were away!! I have to mention the Tui Staff for putting this together. A huge thank you to Carl and Alicia for being so welcoming and friendly we will never forget the both of you. Alicia first season with TUI to get up infront of everyone staying at the hotel and be of day entertainment and evening entertainment is something to be celebrated, she absolutely smashed it, we didn’t win at bingo or the quiz but to sit down and have fun of an evening was really enjoyable. Cannot forget Carl for being an amazing water aerobics instructor, got us really involved and something we looked forward to at 11:30 every morning. Definitely a highlight to our holiday, they really made the effort talking to us. An asset to TUI, really friendly and always willing to have a conversation with us, Me and my boyfriend definitely were the loudest pool noise makers. We have never been on a TUI Blue holiday but we will be sure to come again. The sea was infront of the hotel which was a nice added touch, could see it all from the hotel. I think what’s really lovely is that even though there is an option to check out late and pay €100 to check out at 6pm, even if you don’t go for that option, there is a courtesy room provided for 30 minutes to get yourself all ready and fresh for the return home. Cannot forget the incredible sunsets we experienced on the way to dinner. The shop was only a 2 minute walk which was good if you wanted to get any souvenirs. The only thing we wish we probably knew that we couldn’t go into the pools that were around the rooms as these were room upgrades.There were professional photos taken each saturday night, which we thought were free and found out they weren’t, think it would have been beneficial to know a cost came with this. We had the choice to purchase and thought they were a nice touch to add to our stay. Great staff, great people, great value for money and fantastic memories made, will be sure to visit again!!!! Fab Holiday overall 🏖️

Wow what a hotel! We are currently staying in room 4005, everything about this place is perfect. In a quiet location, but within a short walk distance of Nissi avenue & beach. Bus services to other areas, Rooms beautifully decorated, Very clean, Service from all staff brilliant! Our cleaner very friendly and professional. Garden beautifully manicured. Restaurant staff very attentative & Food is amazing quality with great choice! Reception staff very helpful. Cannot fault anything about this hotel. Well done to all the staff at this hotel for making this a great holiday! Mrs Egerton
