The hotel is located in the resort centre of Ayia Napa close to all attractions, local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Only 100 m from the beautiful white sandy beach, the picturesque fishing port of Ayia Napa offers a great range of options for an exciting day and night life.
This modern strand hotel, which was renovated in 2006, has a total of 148 rooms and offers very good service. It offers 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, restaurant, conference facilities and parking. There is also a laundry service and bike hire available (subject to fees).
All elegant rooms have air conditioning/heating, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite TV, a radio, fridge, safe deposit box, balcony and a living room area.
There is a swimming pool with a pool bar, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, pool tables and minigolf. Aerobics are also offered (subject to fees).
Guests can enjoy a rich international and Cypriot buffet menu including soups, salads, cold appetizers, hot dishes and desserts.

Great stay, good hotel but could be better!
Stayed here during the middle of August for 10 days with family. We are a family of 5 and I asked for 2 rooms near each other but we were allocated rooms in different buildings in the hotel. This is the only hotel where we’ve never been put together or near each other, despite my email request but nevertheless we made the most of it and did enjoy our stay. Food was very good, drinks choice also good, except soft drinks especially the Cola, which for a 4 star I would have expected branded soft drinks. The water was also poor and undrinkable, very salty so we bought bottled water instead. Entertainment in the evening I felt was poor and was often karaoke with a few different acts which were mediocre and so we often went out. During the middle of our stay, it started to get busier and there were long queues in the restaurant and there’s no self service for drinks and we often found we were waiting a long time for drinks to come as the staff were so busy, we had often nearly had our food which needs improving and self service for drinks would be better. All the staff are very hardworking, especially the bar staff, all fab. Special mention to Medich, the glass collector, works so hard, very friendly guy and always smiling and Jigal in reception who was very helpful and friendly. The deluxe areas are lovely, nice pools and very relaxing. We never used the main pool which was always very busy. We had one use of the Asian restaurant which was lovely and my birthday was acknowledged with a birthday cake and prosecco which was a lovely gesture. We also visited the Italian restaurant during our stay which was also really good, great food and staff, had a problem trying to book this on the app but Ele, the lovely manager sorted this out for us which enabled us to book this. All in all, a good hotel that could be better with improvements but we had a great holiday and would highly recommend and would come back here again.

Wonderful stay
The hotel met our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, and modern! We loved the friendly staff and the great location—close to the beach and the city. The room was clean and spacious. The food was great, especially the à la carte restaurant. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!
Great holiday!
I don’t often write reviews but after reading a lot of negative reviews before we had booked it that nearly put us off, I feel it’s important to write one. Please don’t let the negative reviews put you off as we’re so glad that we came to this hotel. We were a family of four, our children are 11 and 8, I was really worried that it would be all about partying and younger adults but actually we had a great time. The hotel is very clean, I’m a vegetarian and an extremely fussy eater and there was always something for me to eat. The room was lovely and modern and always felt clean. We didn’t stay in the evenings to watch the entertainment so I can’t comment on that but the staff all seemed friendly. I will agree that the soft drinks definitely don’t taste how they usually would and the water tastes extremely salty so we ended up buying drinks out of the hotel which didn’t bother us too much. The location is perfect, we spent every evening going on long walks down the strips, the shops are literally a ten minute walk if that. The beach is lovely and the sea is to die for! The only downfall and why we wouldn’t return to the hotel was that you could hear every noise in the room so I didn’t get much sleep at all as well as the pool area getting extremely busy and having to struggle to find a sunbed for four people unless you were up early although we did go to the beach if this was the case. Really happy we stayed here and Ayia Napa in itself as it was a great holiday!
Deluxe area
Had a lovely holiday at Santa Napa, on the 2nd day we discovered the deluxe area. We met Islam at the Deluxe bar, he was so friendly, attentive and incredibly welcoming throughout our visit. His great attitude and excellent service really made our holiday. He is definitely a credit to the deluxe area.

Highly recommend this place! We had a really lovely experience. The pools are unique and beautifully lit with little shining stars, which makes them feel really special. Definitely worth visiting!
