This city hotel lies just 100 m from fine sand Nissi Bay and within a short distance of shopping venues, restaurants and bars. Links to the public transport network are to be found directly out front and the centre of Ayia Napa that lies some 2.5 km away can easily be reached by making use of the public bus system.
This 3-storey hotel comprises 294 rooms and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts and a café. In addition, guests may make use of the various shops, hairdresser's salon, a boutique, a laundrette's, a souvenir shop, a cleaning service, 4 bars, a TV room/ lounge and 2 air-conditioned à la carte restaurants with non-smoking areas as well as a breakfast restaurant. The public Internet terminal and conference room may be taken advantage of and there is a car park and garage facilities available to those arriving at the hotel by car. There is a kids' club and a playground for younger guests and room and laundry services round off the offerings.
The comfortable, welcoming rooms each come with a bathroom with shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a minibar/ fridge, carpeting, air conditioning, central heating, a balcony (views facing inland or out over the pool) and a hire safe. The rooms suitable for 2 adults and 2 children are equipped in a similar fashion to the standard rooms but are more spacious and come with a sofa bed that can be pulled out for use as beds for the children. The executive rooms suitable for 2 to 4 persons are also equipped in a similar fashion to the standard rooms but are more spacious and come with a sofa bed that can be pulled out for use as beds by the 3rd and 4th room occupants.

Amazing Stay!!
I don’t usually write reviews, however I felt this is absolutely needed.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! When booking the holiday I had requested a quite swim up room as it was our anniversary & we wished to be away from the main pool. The hotel honoured this & we stayed in room 643. This room was perfect, quiet, relaxing, close to the pool bar, not forgetting the lovely cat outside with 7 adorable kittens. Who we fed every single morning and night, as well as laying out fresh water every couple of hours. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. The gentlemen that works at the paragoi bar was very friendly, always willing to have a conversation and nothing was too much hassle. A credit to the hotel. The other colleague that made our stay fantastic was Raouf Hani in the adults only dining area. Nothing was ever to much hassle, he always found us a table & I don’t think we ever saw him without a smile on his face.
The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The cleaning lady who arrived everyday, done a fantastic job & I haven’t seen a better job at any previous hotels we have stayed in. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and spotless, and the facilities were excellent. Lifeguards every morning hoovering the pool, cleaners washing down sun loungers, patios, looking after the plants etc. So much pride is taken at this hotel. The standard is very high & every single member of staff had a smile on their face everyday, whether it be bar staff, cleaners, maintenance, gardeners, waiters / waitresses, reception - so nice to see.
The food was delicious, with plenty of choice, and we especially appreciated the quality and variety. The omelettes freshly cooked to order in front of you are amazing. We went to the bakery next door every evening after our walk for a lovely sweet treat. If you haven’t been to a bakery in Cyprus - you need to.
Location - 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach, however if you prefer a quieter beach then Landa beach is roughly 12 minute walk. Turn right outside the hotel. Bus to Ayia Napa outside hotel and turn right - €1.50 and take roughly 10 minutes. We took a walk around Adam’s Beach whilst away, I can assure you this hotel is much better & is levels above. The waterpark is less than 10 minutes on the bus & worth every penny.
We were fortunate enough to have a pussy cat with 7 kittens right outside our room in the bushes. They are absolutely beautiful and not pests at all. They do not bother you, they are clean & well behaved. We went to the shop everyday and bought cat food, we fed them every morning and evening, fresh water every couple of hours. If anyone stays at room 643, please continue looking after them. They are an absolute bundle of joy, very cute to watch playing together. The hotel do an amazing job of looking after the cats around the hotel, to the point that even the security guard pays for minor veterinary bills & provides eye drops for cats / kittens. We had a good conversation with him, and he is truly a credit to the hotel.
People - Some of the guests staying at this hotel, we noticed are very rude & feel entitled. I understand you will get this everywhere you go, but it does make you lose faith with humanity. Some people having clearly lost the vocabulary of please & thank you. However the staff were always smiling and ever so patient with all guests. We tried to make a point of being overly polite to compensate for other rude guests.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already looking forward to coming back. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special — we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday!
We are already looking at returning next year, with the hope to secure the same swim up room 643. We have recommended this hotel to all our friends & family as it’s been truly amazing throughout our stay.

Another perfect holiday!
My wife and I have just returned from our 11th stay at the amazing Atlantica Aeneas resort, Nissi Beach, and we would like to thank all the staff for making it another perfect, relaxing holiday. As an older couple, travelling without children, why do we keep returning to this resort? The answer is simple.. First of all, the location of the Atlantica Aeneas, adjacent to the amazing Nissi Beach, and just a short distance from Ayia Napa town and harbour, a water park, and the new Ayia Napa marina; plus the consistently high quality and variety of food on offer at each meal time, combined with the friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort. The spectacular pool at the Aeneas really has to be seen to be properly appreciated in terms of size, the variety of depths and the ability to more than accommodate any number of guests at any time. Life guards are on duty, and the water is crystal clear. The spacious rooms have been refurbished several times over the years, and always to a high standard of both comfort and cleanliness. As returning guests, the welcome back is always warm and sincere. We will be back.

Great hotel
Great location,access to beach just across the road, nice atmosphere lots off quiet areas if wanted, rooms nice was in a ground floor apartment with terrace table & chairs & 2 sunloungers, service excellent all staff very nice in restaurants & bars, had a lovely massage at spa by Heba just wonderful, food was very good plenty choice, Green & Grill restaurant excellent.

Fantastic hotel
Been coming ere 15 yrs last 2 times we had double premium direct pool access because of my disabilities this is shallow an easy for me , wen we arrived was told being given choice of rooms that I specifically said is not suffice as they no, but the team soon rectified this an was in room 624, we had great neighbours either side and are still in touch with a family the little girl adored my Elle who's 30yr old ,which was luvly , the food gets better an better each year , and 2 restaurant staff members are still there from wen we 1st went 15 yrs ago ,they look after us like family couldn't ask for more, I don't really drink so made sure we had at least 6 bottles of water delivered to our room every day as needed for meds, honestly this hotel I will always come back to as we know it and luv the lay out ,we asked for mattress topper an wow it was good so make sure you ask if you have back problems,we don't just stay in hotel we went out to eat in evening 3 nights an over to nissi beach at isola worth every penny , zorbas next door to hotel the bakers is our local out there best in Cyprus, also ate at the restaurant on 6th floor of Adam's beach we got treated extra special as we were last there 23yrs ago an the manager was still there, a word of warning if you have a massage at spa please be careful as I have medical conditions on my back an at the time was luvly but next day was in excruciating pain an had to get in touch with my body alignment clinic in Upminster for fast action as I could not walk an was in horrific pain plus only got 1hour instead of 1 hour 15 mins as my daughter was going in after, I didn't complain as I took the risk an won't happen again an wasn't going to complain bout the time lost as I wanted to enjoy my holiday we got cheaper than was priced anyway, I will always come back to this hotel and same room , next yr we're coming again but with our best friends and baby same rooms , snack bar is great , didn't go entertainment as we were so tired after sunbathing all day just chilled , our cleaner I can't remember he's name but was so nice an did a great job we got clean sheets every other day as we asked an not a problem at all, we have normally come July or august but now we're goin to come September a lot quieter an not so humid,literally across from our terrace the empty beds were so many you could get a bed any time of day but we had our terrace which is better sun on it all day , honestly if you need anything you ring reception an with in 10 -15 mins sorted thank you aneasas for another luvly stay we did 11 nights next yr we're do 2 wks as usually do

September Sun Holiday
Hotel is huge and well maintained. Staff friendly and keep everything spotlessly clean. Lots of activities but mainly aimed for children. Sunbeds reserved from 8.00 am so can be difficult to find any later morning. Several pools but large main pool mainly used, there is a small adults only pool but this is not suitable for a dedicated swimmer. If you are a couple not really suitable as amount of families with young children over whelming. Not much adult evening entertainment, some light music early evening but limited entertainment for adults later evening. All shows and entertainment mainly geared towards children. Had a Butlins feel to it. Daily aqua keep fit for 20 mins which was good but could have been longer other exercise entertainment during the day again for limited time. Downside as we arrived late only offered soup and rolls on arrival. Had to check out of room at 11.00 or pay 20€ per hour to extend depending on availability of our room. Once checked out no access allowed to dining room so did not actually get all the meals we paid for. Would only return to hotel if it had less children and for couples would not recommend it. Proximity to Nissi beach is good, but as beach so packed could not use it. Ayna Napa is within a 10 mins taxi or bus journey.
