This modern hotel enjoys a peaceful location, within 50 metres from the nearest sandy beach. The centre of the Ayia Napa is only a 5-minute walk away and restaurants, bars, shops and further shopping and entertainment opportunities are also located close to the hotel. This 3-storey hotel provides guests with a wealth of facilities, such as a snug seating area, a café and a souvenir shop. Furthermore, a bar, a games room, an air-conditioned restaurant, space for conferences and meeting as well as a public Internet terminal are also offered to hotel guests. The tastefully designed rooms come with an en suite bathroom and a furnished balcony which has views either over the inlands or out over the sea. Guests can relax in the swimming pool with children's pools or on the sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Overall the hotel was good. I actually found most of the staff to be helpful and freindly especially the entertainment staff wicktoria and Christina who allways had a smile and allways tried to get everybody involved in the entertainment. I found the room to be nice and clean however the view from the balcony facing the bins wasn't very nice. Really good location and no noise issues from the room we were staying in. The main let down was the FOOD and drinks. Definitely not a 4star, Very bland not much choice and even the drinks were terrible watered down. All inclusive didn't mean all inclusive things like milkshakes for the kids you had to pay for. We ended up eating out most nights due to the quality of food so all inclusive wasn't worth it. Some of the staff seemed abit moody but most of them were nice. It was my sons birthday while we was there and the hotel gave us a bottle of wine and a birthday cake and card in the room which I thought was really nice. Probably wouldnt go back mainly due to the food.
I don't usually write reviews but this hotel/jet2 are false advertising. As someone who has stayed in nelia beach up the road a couple of times which is also 4* this hotel is not 4* the only positive is the location. Our room was full of damp and mould bedding on arrival was damp to the touch. The food was diabolical and had to eat out most days which is very disappointing as we were all inclusive. The pool area was OK but covered in ants we was all getting bitten daily because it wasn't washed down round the pool. And the showers they have on offer for your last day if you can't keep your room I wouldn't bother absolutely vile, dirty. Overall very disappointing we've stayed in much better 3* will definitely not be returning
Don’t go not good the pool area is lovely but that’s it the staff I found rude especially the ladies on reception I asked to keep my room in as I had a late flight the hotel was full which I understand but they told me to use the showers in the spa they were really dirty no hairdryer the receptionist gave me a hairdryer with the wrong plug so could not dry my hair to go home The noise in the hotel is bad I did tell reception but they told me reply was it’s ayia nappa what do you expect I am sure the noise was coming from the young lads staying at the hotel the same who were smoking in the pool and glass bottles I would not return
The hotel was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it was nowhere near a 4-star standard. There was only one pool bar for all-inclusive guests, with practically nowhere else to sit or relax. There was no proper café or restaurant area, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible, with very limited and poor-quality options.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing stay, and I don’t write negative reviews lightly. We’re usually the type of people who just get on with whatever we’re given, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable. On arrival, the room we were given was damp and had mould in the bathroom. The smell of damp and mould was noticeable in the sheets and even inside the wardrobe. We spoke to reception and were initially advised to liaise with Jet2. We attempted to contact Jet2 but couldn’t get through. After speaking to reception again and making it clear that we would not be sleeping in that room, we were eventually moved to a room on the first floor. Thankfully, the second room was much better and actually looked like what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Quite honestly, this is how all of the rooms should look. The buffet was diabolical. I genuinely can’t believe how poor it was. If you’re considering going all-inclusive, I’d seriously reconsider, as for the most part you’ll probably find yourself eating out. The snack bar was much better and did the job — just order your food once you’re seated at the pool bar. The pool area itself was decent, although we did have an issue with insects. We had to buy spray because we were all bitten numerous times. It’s such a shame because we booked this hotel based on the reputation of other Nelia hotels, having previously had really enjoyable experiences with them. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to those expectations. I also have to question the advertising of the hotel as “new for 2026”. That certainly wasn’t our experience. There are so many beautiful hotels in Cyprus, and unfortunately, based on our stay, we wouldn’t recommend this one. Do your research and consider the alternatives before booking.
