Exceptional Hotel, Extraordinary Staff
I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some fantastic hotels over the years, many of which have had equally exceptional staff. Amarande, however, has quite simply the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of being looked after by.
I cannot begin to emphasise just how genuinely lovely, friendly and welcoming everyone is. From housekeeping to reception, every single member of staff seems to take real pride in making guests feel welcome. Even at the finest hotels, you’ll occasionally encounter one or two people who aren’t quite as warm or attentive as their colleagues. That simply isn’t the case here.
Beyond their delightful demeanour, the staff are incredibly attentive, professional and efficient. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and there is a genuine sense that everyone wants to go above and beyond to make your stay special. It’s a rare quality to find so consistently across an entire team, and something Amarande should be immensely proud of.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, modern and airy. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, with an enormous variety of options to suit just about everyone. Both the cocktail bar and pool bar serve excellent drinks, alongside a good selection of food.
Whilst I wasn’t able to catch everyone’s names, I would particularly like to recognise the following members of staff for their wonderful hospitality, kindness and care:

All in all, a truly brilliant experience. I cannot recommend Amarande highly enough, and I very much look forward to returning.

21st Birthday
Took my daughter here for her 21st and she was blown away. Incredible hotel and we enjoyed every single minute of it. All of the staff are amazing from reception to the bar staff and cleaners. Thank you all so much. We will be back!!

Amarande never disappoints!!
Another amazing stay at the Amarande, our hotel of choice in Ayia Napa. The rooms and hotel are immaculate and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and well stocked. Pool area is clean and sunbeds are super comfy.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk out of the main town and a beautiful beach is just over the road.
Maria, Pany, Andreas and Ioanna are amazing, always around to help or chat.
Can’t wait to return next year.

This hotel is outstanding. I took my daughter away for a few days and from the moment we arrived to the time we left it was 10/10 all the way. Great location, fabulous food and the attention to detail in all its amenities is outstanding. Every staff member was,so helpful and polite.

Lovely Holiday!
We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Amarande, and we honestly had the best time! The hotel is beautiful, and we came away with some lovely memories. Although the food wasn’t always quite to our taste on every occasion, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The staff really made our stay special. They were so welcoming, friendly and attentive, and their service genuinely made us feel looked after throughout our holiday. It’s the people who can make a hotel experience unforgettable, and the team at Amarande certainly did that for us. We had a fantastic holiday and would like to thank all the staff for helping make our stay so enjoyable. We’ve come home with the best memories and would definitely recommend Amarande to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Ayia Napa!
