Amazing hotel in the heart of Cyprus!
A great hotel with amazing staff in a great location! We go regularly and the main staff always welcome us warmly. The food is great with so much choice and you must go to the Glasshouse restaurant as it's amazing & on a weekend they have a great DJ outside which is a beautiful place to either eat or have one if their amazing cocktails!! The accommodation is very modern, all amenities are there and it's what I call a proper 5* hotel!!
Excellent hotel
We had an excellent holiday at Adams. We have been there several times. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities. The staff are very welcoming, with a special mention to George. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Family vacation - 14 persons
We liked the location. Easy to go anywhere. We have occupied several rooms, all of them were good except one that finally was changed after 2 nights. Beach, Pools and other outdoor facilities were nice, clean and very well kept. So, were the bars. The supermarket in the hotel is very convenient. In spite of the above, quite pricey.

Terrible customer service….not even close to a 4 star hotel
Upon arrival at 14:40, we were given a room with 2 single beds, which was not suitable for a family with a one-year-old baby. we returned to Reception and explained that we needed a room with one king bed. While I was speaking to the receptionist who had checked us in, another person pushed the key card back towards me and told me there was no availability, without even checking our reservation or the system. I was then rudely directed to speak with Guest Relations to raise my concerns. When I met with the Guest Relations Officer, I was told that guests do not get to choose whether the room has one king bed or two single beds. Again we were told there were no rooms with a king bed. After speaking to the manager a room suddenly became available. When a family have arrived at a 5 star hotel with a baby and are very tired I think it’s the staffs job to make check in as easy as possible. Why did we have to waste 2 hours when there was a room all along.
The attitude throughout was extremely rude and unprofessional. After moving rooms, we also found a bag of crisps in the wardrobe that had clearly been left by a previous guest and had not been noticed during cleaning, possibly because it was on the top shelf.
The following day at the pool, we also witnessed another guest allowing her child to urinate on the floor literally a few metres from where our sunbed was. We were honestly shocked. As we did not want to have any further interaction with Front Desk, we simply informed the pool staff, who kindly dealt with it.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but the customer service seriously needs improvement. Guests should be treated with respect, listened to and genuinely helped, not simply dismissed. Also for a 5 star hotel you don’t get offered a welcome drink. You receive one bottle of water on arrival and no more. Even 4 star hotels put you a bottles of water every day . This is definitely not a 5 star service hotel. . Also there’s a ping pong tournament that happens in the day by the pool and we couldn’t enter as you need your own rackets. I have never in my life experienced this.
Absolutely Perfect Stay!
Absolutely amazing hotel and easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! The location is perfect, with the stunning Nissi Beach just steps away. The crystal-clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and beautiful views made the experience unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Truly an unforgettable stay!
