Very clean, polite staff, very good breakfast and food. Comfortable rooms. It was a nice surprise.
Perfect Stay
Lovely hotel experience , very clean and tidy , pool is lovely , breakfast is of a very good verity, continental , English , omelette or scrambled eggs on request too , lots of fresh fruit available as well as fresh fruit juice . The breakfast staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly . A very , very pleasant stay indeed , we would definitely return !

We spent 10 days in this very friendly hotel . The staff from the management to the cleaning ladies were all extremely helpful , attentive and nothing was too much bother or trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome. Friendly family atmosphere . Close to the beach and several souvenir shops . My time away in Limassol
I just came back from a 10 day stay at this hotel and had a great experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and they were very accommodating and helpful with anything I needed. The location was perfect and the hotel was clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I can i would stay there everytime I go to Limassol.

Helpful Staff, But Several Disappointments
My experience with Tsanos Hotel was average. For the reason I visited, staying for 2 days, it was simply okay.
On the positive side, the staff were very accommodating, helpful, and left me with a good impression. This applies both to the reception team and the staff at the pool bar.
Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The hallways leading to the rooms had a very unpleasant smell. It was such a bad odor that it set low expectations before even entering the room.
The room itself was fairly clean and generally fine. However, the air conditioning kept displaying an E6 error, even when the balcony door was fully closed. We constantly had to remove the key card from the power slot and insert it again to reset it.
Another negative point was a connecting door inside the room that linked my room to the neighboring one. Fortunately, it was locked, but it offered no sense of privacy. I understand that such doors are useful for families booking connected rooms, but I do not think these rooms should be assigned to guests who are not traveling as a family.
My biggest disappointment came when I decided to eat at the pool bar. The quality of the food was extremely poor. The chicken souvlaki had an unpleasant smell. The pita bread that was listed on the menu was not included with the meal. When we asked for it, we were given a small pita that had clearly been heated in a microwave, making it rubbery and difficult to chew.
The breakfast included the essentials and was fairly good overall. However, flies were landing on the cold cuts and cheeses. I only stayed for two nights, but if I had stayed longer, I think I would have become bored with the same breakfast selection every day.
The swimming pool was small but satisfactory, especially during a period when the hotel was not very busy. I cannot comment on how it performs during peak season.
Overall, I would consider this hotel only for an emergency or short stay, but certainly not for a relaxing holiday or vacation.
