Great clean hotel and fantastic food menu
Our stay was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Every visit reminds us why this has become our favourite place to return to, and this stay was no exception.
The level of hospitality is truly outstanding. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, and their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care never go unnoticed. We were especially grateful for the flexibility with our reservation and the many goodwill gestures that made our stay even more special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is peaceful, and one of the things we appreciate most is that it never feels overcrowded or oversaturated, allowing guests to truly unwind and enjoy every moment.
From the wonderful service to the beautiful surroundings, every detail reflects the pride and dedication of the entire team. We already can't wait to return and look forward to many more visits in the future. Highly recommended!
Our Fairytale Memories (August 2015) St. Raphael holds our favorite memories. We had our same-sex wedding ceremony here in Aug 2015, and the staff were incredible in every way possible —making sure us and our guests all had the best time possible. Back in 2015 the facilities were 5 star across the hotel - our wedding was out of this world. They even arranged an alternative route to walk us over the rooftop as we didn’t want to parade past the packed poolside. If there was a slight worry they waved the magic wand and the whole day continued without a hitch - The day was outstanding. the whole two weeks that topped and tailed our wedding. The hotel entertainment and facilities were beyond enough for the whole wedding party, young and old. Quiet, exciting , kids club , water activities , day and evening activities and time to spend together- they had it all. All the staff right from those whom were customer facing, to the Managing director Farah Shamas couldn’t possibly have done anymore for us and our 22 family and friends who celebrated with us. The service from the staff was excellent and so genuine, the Lebanese restaurant was amazing, so now the new Thai, Italian and vegan will certainly have something to live up to. Watch this space for our review in July 2026!. Oh and in 2015 Steve in the Captains bar made the best Pina Coladas and Brandy Sours. In fact every cocktail was a favourite of one of our guests. A parade of taste and look Of sensation. The Return: 11 Years Later- what will it hold .
We always said we will be back and finally returning for our 11th anniversary, and we have been counting down the days. All of our wedding guests expressed fond memories for this hotel and our time in 2015 and have already requested lots of photos. We can't wait for our return- we’re our memories just part of the wedding hype or was this hotel the dream hotel we remember? …July 1st 2026 Just walking into the glorious entrance hall made the memories come flooding back, being treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed at front reception by the General Manager and by Natalie the wedding manager. Farah Shamas the CEO at St Raphael Resort had asked them to greet us and make sure we knew we could find them for anything we needed and that she would love to see us on her return next week. This is so totally what we remembered, making sure that our visit was special, nothing felt like it was too much, every little piece of the puzzle fitted together. The personal touch from the staff already showing nothing was to much and that those great memories from almost 11 years ago, that the customer was priority. No wonder they were celebrating 39 years of a successful business. Farah certainly seemed to continue this established team to withstand time. Even though there is only a handful of staff left from 2015 , the obvious culture of fabulous friendliness, professionalism, and sparkle continues. Anyway we were escorted by the general manager to Room 639. The Imperial Room an upgrade from the sea view room we had booked .
The Imperial Room - floor 6, what a view. From here we saw the magic that was St Raphael Resort . The beautiful marina sea views, the swim-up bar, our favourite pool and the family pool with a new slide attached . This view all from our window. From our terrace my sun-worshipper wife had already spotted the sunbeds that looked like they had sun all day until beyond the pool bar closing at 6. I have a feeling this holiday return could certainly be an amazing review To be continued...( update of July 2026 anniversary visit to be updated after our 10 day holiday ) So far we have ear to ear smiles and a heart full of memories ….
