Great hotel! Good food , nice staff!
FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE
Two things we noted in the reviews for Parklane were the cleanliness of the resort and the friendliness of the staff. Both lived up to our hopes. All of the public areas within the hotel were spotless and the toilets were constantly monitored. The dining areas, while busy and noisy, were constantly tidied and refreshed. Our room was well appointed and kept in excellent condition by the maids. In the grounds we found the adult pool a haven of peace where we found the staff very attentive and friendly; in particular Ernesta was a delight and maintained standards at all times. Our initial entry to the breakfast area was a bit of a shock as it was more active and noisy than we had expected in a five star establishment but we were well looked after by Bishwaraj who looked after all our needs both at breakfast and later in Lanes. The food was as comprehensive as we would expect with a special Cyprus section which was a nice touch. The range of dishes was kept fresh and replenished regularly. The pool bar and restaurant was lively with an attractive overview of the beach and the constant water sports providing entertainment for us and thrills for the participants. The range of food was excellent and we were well served by George who couldn’t have been more helpful. Our evenings were filled with good service, attractive pre-dinner seating areas and appropriate dishes. We particularly appreciated the LPM staff where Ali was most attentive and friendly. Our sommelier, Jiannis, introduced us to some excellent Cypriot wines, explaining how the standard of the local vineyards was constantly improving. Within the gallery lounge our evening visit was much enhanced by the resident pianist who added to our enjoyment. One evening meal at Lanes where we tried the buffet was a bit of a disaster. The quality of the food was less than pleasing with certain dishes looking a bit tired and dried out. We found that for €65 euros each it was well short of the value we had come to expect. On our final evening we had a very interesting discussion with Taleh about our stay: what we had been expecting and what we had encountered. All things considered we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it as a holiday destination to our friends.

Thrird time in this amazing hotel and again I will recommend !From reception to housekeeping everything are top notch!The bar the main pool and of course the breakfast with big variety keep us coming again and again! Staff *specially Naem and Nikolina *the managers of main restaurant that they give their very best t9 serve people in all levels!These two are the basic reason that you will see us soon! Beautiful Resort with Excellent Service
I had a lovely stay at Parklane. The resort is beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities, attentive service, and a relaxing atmosphere.
The beach is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and particularly scenic sunsets. The resort also offers a great selection of international dining options, making it easy to enjoy different cuisines without having to leave the property.
Although the resort is quite family-oriented, which isn’t necessarily my preference when looking for a peaceful getaway, I really appreciated having a dedicated adults-only pool. It made a big difference to my experience and provided the quiet, relaxing environment I was looking for.
Breakfast offered a good selection, although the atmosphere could get quite loud and busy at times. I would have also loved to see more organized evening activities, live music, and a livelier atmosphere for adults. A little more entertainment would have added another dimension to the experience without compromising the resort’s relaxing character.
The staff were consistently welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Swapnil at The Gallery for his friendly and attentive service.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend Parklane, particularly for families, and I appreciated the effort to accommodate guests seeking a quieter experience as well.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff very friendly always happy to help. Sat in the gallery for some drinks and food and was served by swapnil who was very attentive and friendly. Who also helped me modify my meal to my liking.
