Well… after reading some reviews…. Listen to mine 2nd time round…
So I would like to start by saying I am mid stay for the second time… rooms are clean, staff are brilliant and after reading some reviews I can honestly say that they are either expecting far too much or have never travelled far before. We are English… and been absolutely welcomed to this establishment for the second time. We are B&B with friends. The food we have ordered off the menu has prevented any need to go far, it’s be excellent and very reasonable price too. Our room has been cleaned and beds made every day since our arrival. Everything we have asked for has been no trouble at all. Air conditioning in rooms is great too. I would like the thank the staff for everything here, Im just sorry to read some of the reviews that are clearly unfair and obviously written by people who have no clue what to really expect. We will be back for a third visit, on the beach perfect location for our needs and wants.
A very chilled / relaxing holiday
I am just back from spending 10 days at this hotel with extended family. There were 8 of us in total split across 5 rooms. I had read the reviews ahead of going away & have to say, I was concerned about what I read as after staying there, I am not sure what people expect for the 3 star status. It is fair to say that the building is in need of a lot of TLC throughout especially the kerb appeal aspect. However the rooms are really clean/ good in size / enough storage & the water is hot & plentiful for showers etc. Food is buffet style & although there is not an abundance of choice, you can easily find something to eat. The fresh salads each day are to die for. The thing that stood out for me are the staff members who are all simply wonderful! They go out of their way to help you / are quick to respond to requests & nothing is too much trouble. Marta was exceptional when it came to looking after the group I was with & I cannot thank her enough......

Lovely experience
Fabulous hotel for the price. Very clean and staff lovely. Wonderful location. We would definitely return.
Good basic hotel
Good basic hotel on the beach a good starting point for limassol. You can go on foot everywhere. Spacious rooms with basic amenities safe and a flat screen TV. There is a small gym on site and a small swimming pool. Breakfast is basic could be better.

BENE MA NON BENISSIMO .....
L'ospitalità non è stata il massimo, le cameriere pensando di non essere capite a cena, parlavano male alle nostre spalle e se gli chiedevi l'acqua, facevano prima a portarti il conto da firmare che la bottiglia, trattemento diverso invece con ospiti greci, avevamo la mezza pensione, cibo normale , meglio nella serata a tema cinese, il resto solite pietanza per una settimana, il servizio nelle camere invece anche se non molto accurato era efficace e soprattuto le donne delle pulizie sono le più cordiali della struttura, magari solo essere italiani da fastidio da quelle parti.
"The hospitality wasn't great. Thinking we wouldn't understand them, the waitresses were talking bad about us behind our backs at dinner, and if you asked for water, they were quicker to bring you the bill to sign than the bottle. The treatment was completely different for Greek guests, though. We had half board: the food was basic, slightly better on the Chinese-themed night, but the rest was just the usual dishes repeated for a week. Housekeeping, on the other hand, was effective, even if not overly detailed, and the cleaning staff were by far the friendliest people in the whole place. Maybe they just have something against Italian guests around there."
