Overcharged twice.
I reserved on 15Mar26 room with sea view 29Jun26 until 4Jul26. Price was 1066€. Updated reservation for arrival on 30Jun26 and departure on 4Jul26, one day less. Upon arrival, around 8 pm, was given room 3002 where AC looked like an engine plane and was too noisy. I was given room 6002 where window did not close and was noisy and hot. Since no sea view room was available, I was given a lower class room 6020. Two days later I was given finally a room with sea view 5010. I have talked personally, on two occasions, with guest relations. I was offered Spa, massage and similar benefits. I refused since it was a business meeting and I felt defrauded. I was overcharged since: a) I forfeited the night of 29Jun26 to the hotel when updated the arrival, rates for the other 4 days should have remained the same; 2) I slept in a lower class room, 6020, because the hotel had no acceptable sea view rooms when I arrived.

Great stay with outstanding breakfast and rooftop pool.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very clean, and all staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options. We also appreciated the quiet air conditioning, which made it easy to sleep well at night, the refrigerator in the room, and the amazing rooftop pool with its fantastic atmosphere.
The only downside was the lack of quiet in the early morning. Housekeeping was already quite noisy from around 8:00 a.m., and a technician rang our doorbell at 7:30 a.m. to check a TV issue we had reported the previous day. While we appreciated the quick response, this was far too early for guests on holiday. Unfortunately, the issue with the local TV channels—which we wanted to use to watch the FIFA World Cup—could not be fixed.
Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great experience
I had a wonderful stay at NYX Limassol. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food was a highlight, with great variety and quality at every meal. As a business traveler, I particularly appreciated the Executive Lounge; it was incredibly convenient for working, holding quick meetings, and grabbing refreshments throughout the day. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays.

Short break with friends was almost ruined by an unprofessional receptionist.
The hotel is lovely and cosy, located in the heart of Limassol and within walking distance of everything.
Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist, Victoria, was unfriendly, struggled to communicate clearly in English, raised her voice during the conversation, and repeatedly tried to sell us some membership services . This created an unnecessary and unpleasant first impression.
Thankfully, the situation was resolved by the duty manager, Vaggelis. He greeted us with a positive attitude, handled the matter professionally, and completed our check-in within minutes. Despite the disappointing start, the rest of our stay was excellent. The breakfast was simply the best we have ever had at a hotel, with an outstanding selection and exceptional quality. It was truly a highlight of our visit.
We would definitely return to this hotel and hope that our next check-in experience matches the high standards shown by the manager and the rest of the hotel.
