We had a great stay at Navarria and would definitely go back there. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Food was great and when going on day trips we were given food boxes so we could choose food to take with us. Karen & Kim
Most reception staff were rude and unfriendly. They claim towels are changed every two days, but ours weren’t. We complained to reception, blonde woman aggressively accused us of lying and loudly argued with us. The maid supervisor also accused us of lying, but why would we lie about that? The towels clearly hadn’t been changed and were dirty.
After this, the maid refused to even service our room, and the hotel reception were totally disinterested, and pretended to “investigate” while making weak excuses why they couldn’t, such as “not knowing our room number” when we’d told them multiple times. The hotel never sent anyone to service the room and we received no apology.
Extremely unprofessional behaviour. The hotel staff and management really seem to despise their guests.
The hotel was slightly dated but absolutely fine and renovation works were being carried out daily during my time there. The staff were friendly and willing to please even over the Christmas period. As the hotel had very few guests residing at the time, many bar staff were already preparing 'the usual' drinks I ordered as I approached the bar which gave a wholesome caring demeanour. The food was limited but completely edible.. it might have been more of a challenge for picky eaters as choice and variety was limited, but it was tasty and delicious and there was plenty of it. My room was cleaned every day, including Christmas Day which was surprise, Linen was changed every 3 days also. The off site facilities were limited due to being out of season but there was a well stocked supermarket just outside of the hotel gates for the obligatory Lays and Pringles. Although I was all inclusive, I didn't consume many alcoholic drinks, but they did have cocktails on offer which other guests said were up to the standard they expected. My ONLY complaint was that the gym was owned by a third party company and was closed for 3 of my 6 full days at the hotel, a problem I realise would not affect most guests!
I would have no issue booking a stay at this hotel in the future as it met all of my expectations and requirements throughout my stay.
Very surprised with my recent stay! For the price paid, we left very satisfied with their services! Great variety of products for breakfast as they offer something for all tastes! Clean and refurbished rooms, very comfortable beds! A plus for the very and professional staff! We will come back in the future for sure!
I stay at this hotel every month since my house in my village unfortunately burnt down in July last year. Excellent location lovely staff and just want I need for my business trips. I have stayed here once a month since Sept highly recommended
