Amazing spa experience
Had an incredible experience at the hotel spa. Miss Yota was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help us choose the perfect treatments for our needs. The massage itself was fantastic, deeply relaxing, and left us feeling completely renewed. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit far from the center, 20 min. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. The room service is disappointing. There was no answer on the phone and they didn’t bring things even though we ask for them several tims

Second time here
And this time is much better. We stayed two years ago with the previous management. The service now is much better - the staff is nice and caring, the pool and beach seats are upgraded and more comfortable, the food is excellent, and the all inclusive obviously is great, especially with kids. Overall a great experience. The only thing I have to say is that we got a room facing the city - and in the night you can hear the noise of motorcycles and cars from the street (even from the highest floor). So ask for a room facing the other side for a quieter experience.
