This fantastic 5-star resort has an excellent location as well as being on the beach, it is halfway between the city center and the airport. Has a total of 302 rooms divided over 6 floors, including some for people with disabilities. All rooms have television, Internet access via WIFI, minibar, safe and private bathroom with amenities. The hotel also offers a fantastic spa where you can enjoy numerous body treatments and you can relax. You can enjoy different cuisines in nearby restaurants and enjoy delicious cocktails in bars.

Beautiful Resort with Just a Few Details Holding It Back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I have high standards when it comes to luxury hotels and spend a great deal of time researching before we book. True luxury is not easy to find, and the advertised star rating and actual experience are not always aligned. Four Seasons Limassol came very close to delivering the luxury experience we look for and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

The resort is beautiful, well designed and creates a calm, upscale atmosphere. The adults-only accommodation was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the concierge service operated at the level expected from a luxury hotel. Anna, Jasmin and Lola were all particularly helpful during our stay. The cocktails were excellent, and Irakles and Doros added a memorable personal touch through their professionalism and service.

The areas that fell slightly short were mainly around consistency. Food quality was not always at the level expected from a hotel of this calibre, particularly some meat dishes, and starter portions were often excessively large. Breakfast service at Colours Café could also be slow at times, with some breads and pastries not always feeling as fresh as expected.

My biggest criticism was the lack of enforcement of smoking and non-smoking dining areas. On several occasions smokers and vapers were accommodated close to non-smoking areas because designated smoking sections were full. Guests should not have to deal with cigarette, cigar or vape smoke while eating in a non-smoking area.

The adults-only pool was pleasant but surprisingly small and shallow. I would also suggest reducing the strength of the hotel fragrance in indoor areas, as it could occasionally feel overpowering.

Finally, some maintenance and finishing standards appeared below the level expected for a luxury property, including visible measuring marks, untidy silicone repairs and paint overlapping onto tiles. Small details individually, but noticeable in a hotel that otherwise presents itself so well.

Overall, the resort has many strengths and came very close to being exceptional. With stronger attention to smoking policy enforcement, food consistency and finishing details, it could easily move from very good to truly outstanding.

5* is not enough

Our sixth stay at the Four Seasons, Limassol, and somehow each visit manages to surpass the last.

From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely flawless. You don’t simply arrive at this hotel as a guest – you genuinely feel as though you are coming home. The warmth, kindness and sincerity shown by every member of staff make you feel less like you are staying in a hotel and more like you are staying with family.

One of the things that makes the Four Seasons so special is the consistency of the team. Seeing so many familiar faces across our previous six visits is a true testament to how well the staff are treated. Every single person speaks so positively about working here, and that positivity shines through in every interaction.

A very special thank you must go to Constantinos and Daisy in Guest Relations. As always, they simply could not do enough for us, both before our arrival and throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, care and genuine desire to make every moment perfect are second to none.

A huge thank you also to Lambros, whose positivity and happiness are always such a pleasure to see each day. He is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and always goes above and beyond.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dmitry for the exceptional care he took of my pregnant partner during our stay. He ensured that every meal was perfect, taking extraordinary care to make sure everything was beautifully prepared, with both mum and baby ❤️💙 always at the forefront of his mind. His kindness and attention meant so much to us. Finally to Alexandra from the adults pool for constant attentiveness. We've really enjoyed watching your professional growth over the last 3/4 years.

To everyone at the Four Seasons, thank you. You genuinely feel like an extension of our family, and we cannot express how grateful we are for the love and care you show us every time we visit.

The Cyprus escape

It is a beatiful designed hotel with a very nice lobby , cosy rooms and marvelous garden and beach. Restaurants are bars are top of the top.All the employes are very nice they are doing their best! Genuine quality !

Officially one of the World’s greatest hotels – and our home from home.

Apologies to the Tripadvisor community, who generally look for practical tips, tricks (and warnings); this is simply a statement of the quality and culture of the Four Seasons Limassol. But hopefully, it will give you insight into what you are letting yourself in for. Last year, the heading of my review was “One of THE great mediterranean hotels and our favourite place”. Well, it seems that the Four Seasons Limassol (FSL for short) is a lot more than that. Last year it received the Tripadvisor Traveller’s Choice Best of the Best award, placing it in the top 1% of hotels worldwide, 21st globally and 13th in Europe; presumably then, actually number 1 in the Mediterranean. Well, we think so. Furthermore, it received the British Airways Customer Excellence Award for the ninth consecutive year. As I’ve stated a few times previously, this is a fabulously beautiful and stylish place: hotel, restaurants, bars, rooms, grounds, gardens, beach etc. But it is the staff care that sets it apart. Care for their people and care for their guests. And although the FSL has become synonymous with luxury hospitality, it’s always been about building genuine connections and experiences for their guests. In other words, its greatest success is in the personal relationships that this institution nurtures between the guests and every team member. This is only possible because of the dedication of every team member. This in itself arises from the superb culture that permeates the hotel. Between 60% and 70% of guests are returnees – a testament to the incredible guest care provided. We are only on our 10th visit (some are into the scores of numbers). If this phenomenal culture of care toward the staff members – and therefore from the staff members to the guests – was not evident, then this would simply be another beautiful hotel. But I am confident that this will continue indefinitely because the senior team are always pleased to see talented younger team members promoted from within because of the people-centric human values that they display. Their genuine care and integrity reflect the culture that the team have built and enhanced over the years: one that puts people before procedure and behaviour before corporate results. The culture at the hotel is to empower each team member to go beyond service, to have curiosity and listen attentively. This is evident in the large number of easy-going conversations we have comfortably dropped into with staff members over the years. Senior management people such as Nick Aristou, Costas Nicolaou, Yiannis Ioannou and Marios Demosthenous are full of interesting insights into the running of the hotel, its functioning and the challenges they face, even commenting on changing Limassol and hotel visitor patterns, which extend well beyond the traditional peak months. Chatting with them is as enjoyable as it is fascinating. We recently had a wonderful chat with Tatyana Grumeza (Guest Relations Officer) that gave us a wonderful insight into her background and its resonances with our own lives, and how that impacts us at Four Seasons. In recent years, I’ve formed the impression that there is a real sense of thoughtful leadership behind the culture of fulfilment, happiness and the resulting incomparable guest care. But I also get the sense that there is what I call ‘institutional integrity’; this is not just a glamorous hotel, it is far more than that. There are so many happy multiple returnees that they almost constitute a Four Seasons guest diaspora! And – I make no apology for stating this again – of course there is the incomparable Andreas Alkiviades. As Guest Relationships Manager he has a role that suits perfectly his unique gifts: the gift of friendship; Andreas speaks the universal language of friendship like no other. He has the ability to bring people together, to create and foster connections between the group of individuals and to inject fun, warmth and happiness into the gathering. He is an institution in himself and a treasure! This beautiful hotel has a deeply embedded culture of care towards all it staff members, who then return this care and warmth tenfold to the hotel guests. Tripadvisor traveller: should you come to FSL, honour the care and dedication of the entire team by behaving courteously, and decorously, act with grace and be open to forming connections with them. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was welcoming and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great location, excellent service, and an overall fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again.
