This fantastic 5-star resort has an excellent location as well as being on the beach, it is halfway between the city center and the airport. Has a total of 302 rooms divided over 6 floors, including some for people with disabilities. All rooms have television, Internet access via WIFI, minibar, safe and private bathroom with amenities. The hotel also offers a fantastic spa where you can enjoy numerous body treatments and you can relax. You can enjoy different cuisines in nearby restaurants and enjoy delicious cocktails in bars.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have just returned from a relaxing ten-day stay at this amazing hotel. This was our second visit to the Four Seasons, and we are already planning to return.
Thank you to all the staff for the exceptional service we received during our stay. I was so touched by the birthday surprise in our room when we arrived. It was so lovely to be greeted by Tatyana and Desi from Customer Relations, whom we met last year.
Special thanks to Andreas for inviting us on the trip to the beautiful Omodos Village in the mountains and looking after us so well. We had so much fun and met lovely people. You are the perfect host.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience in the restaurants, especially M Fusion. Thank you to Dimitri and Georgiou, who served us and for your recommendations, much appreciated.
Arthur the Sommelier was so attentive and selected the perfect Cypriot wine to accompany our delicious meal.
Our lower garden room was so comfortable and relaxing with the flowing river outside. We were so pleased to have lovely Glenda service our room again to a high standard, which we really appreciated.
This is a luxurious hotel with five-star facilities, but more importantly for us was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were, which is consistent throughout. Seeing the same members of staff we met last year was so nice. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach, the adults’ pool, and enjoyed leisurely lunches at Colours Café. Thank you to both Alexandras’ for the Pink Queen cocktails and for looking after us so well.
We can’t wait to come back and see you all again!

Normally when you return from a 5 star hotel you receive a request to provide feedback on your experiences from your stay, usually the hotel manager, but we still haven't heard anything from Costas the Hotel Director at The Four Seasons In Limassol. Maybe it's because he didn't want to see in writing how bad our 2 week stay had been, and especially because we asked to meet him to discuss our problems and issues with him, but we're still waiting for that meeting, and we've been home for more than two weeks. Burying your head in the sand doesn't make the problems go away.
So our expectations of the Four Seasons Limassol were woefully left short, hence our 1 star review. Upon arrival we spent more than 3 and a half hours trying to sort out our room problem. The room we were allocated was nothing like the room we booked which was supposed to be a 'Jacuzzi Upper Level room Adults Only booked with BA Holidays as also shown on the hotel web site ( see pictures attached ) The room was in fact below ground level looking onto the roof's of properties 30 feet across from our balcony. One roof had a massive satellite dish obstructing our view, and we had someone power washing the roofs and staring back into our bedroom.
We initially refused to accept the room being offered, and subsequently met with the hotel duty manager Daisy, and the hotel assistant manager Mario.
Mario and Daisy both accepted our concerns and offered us an alternative room, consisting of an upgrade to a suite which came with MASSIVE BIG STING IN THE TAIL, they wanted an additional 2800 Euro for our stay. Mario even offered to get in touch with BA Holidays to arrange for a refund so we could go and find another hotel ,, WHAT A WELCOME !! and WHAT AN UNSULT !! We were shocked, very hurt and disappointed, but it was a 'take it or leave it' so we had to accept the original room offered.
3 days later we were moved to a Family Sea View room on the second floor which came with lots of screaming kids very early in the morning and during the day, with and prams and push chairs left out in the hotel corridor at night ( see photos ) which would have been big danger if there had been a fire ? NO jacuzzi and much poorer room amenities such as one small bottle of shower gel per day in the bath for two adults, and it was a hit or a miss whether you were given replacement face cloths tissues and shower gel on a daily basis. You are also only given one bottle of drinking water per person per day in the room, and no water is provided at the pool or at the beach, so we had in had in fact had our room downgraded. This hotel ie revenue driven so any way they can make money is acceptable to The Four Seasons it seemed to us . The evening buffet was 69 euros per person and a main course ( average) in the Chinese restaurant around 50 to 60 euros with the starters around 19 - 25 euros so if you wanted to eat here you need to bring a credit card.
Breakfast was total chaos due to the amount of parents allowing very young children to literally roam and run around. The staff did their absolute best and the breakfast offering was in general very good, but it was such a shame you couldn't sit and enjoy it in peace and quiet.
Part of our package included complimentary drinks and canapés in the evening but this turned out to be one drink each and sometimes and a canapé each delivered to your room. My wife informed the kitchen each night that I had an allergy to seafood, and on multiple occasions my canapé arrived with caviar or fish on top . I could have been put in hospital, and so I never had anything.
The route to the beach and lower sun bathing terraces involved having to walk down a very steep hill which had one mobility chair and which we ,and other guests named 'cardiac hill' It was more than 36 steps, and the only toilet facilities on the beach or the lower sunbathing areas was half way back up 'cardiac hill' ( see photos )
The glass frontage of the hotel was supposed to be a feature and it certainly was .. it was filthy and goodness only knows when the windows were last cleaned ( see photo )
We were also surprised that the hotel lobby lifts were used by the porters to transport luggage up to the guest rooms. two or three time sdrng our saty I had to m ake room for the porter and luggage.
We departed the Four Seasons after our 14 nights, safe in the knowledge that we wont ever be coming back.
I just wish Costas and his management would understand, if they had take the time to sit down and talk to us this Trip Advisor report could have been so different.
We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and cozy, and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The food is excellent; the hotel has three restaurants that are absolute must-visits! The food is simply amazing—a huge thank you to all the chefs and kitchen staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team is superb. It was a pleasure to see how diligently the staff maintains the cleanliness of the grounds. The beach is spotless, the sun beds. are very comfortable, beach service is also fantastic. We would love to come back here again.
We stayed in the Beach Studio with hot tub, which was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious, well-appointed and beautifully maintained, as was every other area of the hotel we came across. The bed was super comfortable, and water in the room was plentiful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent , with something to suit everyone in the family. Food overall throughout the stay was very good, though on Half Board we were limited to the Tropical restaurant for our included dinners. A little more flexibility to use other restaurants around the hotel would be a welcome improvement. Staff throughout were attentive and helpful, and the reservations team went out of their way to accommodate our requests before arrival. Genuinely hard to fault the hotel overall. Two small areas for improvement: sunbed etiquette around the pools, plenty were reserved with towels for most of the day by guests who weren’t using them, and staff were slow to clear towels once people had actually left. It would also be lovely if the adults-only pool had some flexibility for example children over 12, it’s a beautiful pool that sits largely empty for most of the day while families are squeezed into the main pool. Would happily return.
This hotel is exceptional! The service from ALL staff members was outstandingly high quality. Perfect location in Agios Tychonas. Breakfast buffet had lots of delicious food on offer to cater for all tastes. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel cleanliness is the best I’ve seen. Lovely beachfront location too. Cyprus is a wonderful island and this hotel is a great place to stay near Limassol. Thank you to all the fantastic team at Four Seasons hotel.
