Lying amidst idyllic surrounds, this popular hotel is located at the heart of Amathus just 200 m from the local pebble beach that may be reached by using the hotel underground passageway. Links to the public transport network (bus lines), restaurants, bars and shops as well as the fascinating ruins of the ancient royal city are to be found nearby.
Renovated in 2023, this 4-storey hotel comprises 202 rooms and was recently refurbished to cater for guests' every requirements- business guests as well as holidaying families. Facilities include a vast foyer, a reception desk, a bar, a café, an Internet corner and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant in addition to a hairdresser's salon and a souvenir shop.
The tastefully decorated rooms each come with a bathroom or a walk in shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony. Guests may opt for a room facing inland, with side-on views or direct views out over the sea.
In the outdoor complex is a pool complex with a poolside snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and bath towels that have been laid out ready for use (complimentary). Further leisure options include a artificial grass tennis court (floodlighting; equipment hire for free) and table tennis, whilst various water sports are on offer on the beach. Darts may be played within the hotel and there is also a sauna to take advantage of(with additional fee). During the summer, the daytime and evening entertainment programmes provide some amusement for guests.
Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; those who opt for an all-inclusive stay may choose between a selection of warm and cold snacks at several times of the day. In addition, those guests wishing to undertake an all-day excursion are offered a lunchbox service.

Fantastic!!!
We recently returned from a 10 night stay at the Atlantic Bay. This is the second time we have stayed there and there will definitely be a third time next year. The staff are all excellent, they can't do enough for you. A special shout out to the entertainment team of Dani and Max. Max has only been there a short while but he is excellent and fits in perfectly, providing a balance of fun and laughter without being pushy. Dani is as great as ever. The food is excellent with so much choice and quality. If you are looking for a holiday that provides far all needs and is excellent value for money then look no further.
Great hotel
What an amazing hotel. We are still here. Beautifully clean hotel, lovely spa. The food is incredible. The À la Carte restaurant was really good and the girl who cooked our meal was brought over by the head chef. She had done a great job and said what a lovely team it was to work in. Nice to hear from a big hotel and great mentorship from head chef. Service was amazing. All the staff for friendly and professional. Rooms were lovely, nice decor. House keeping was exemplary. Lenka one of the bar staff was so attentive and again fun, knew our drinks before we said and room number. Clever girl. The pool is beautiful, always sunbeds and help moving them if needed. As mentioned the food was great. Lots for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Entertainment was great, we brought early 20s kids who had a great time. Entertainment was really good and varied. Pool games fun. Buses right outside frequently for 2 euros to Limassol. I cannot fault it.

Be Aware TUI sell this Holiday as the A la Carte is included but it is not. It is complimentary given by the Hotel if it’s available, which appears to be not very often. Complaint made to TUI

My husband and I honestly fell in love with the Atlantica Bay from the moment we arrived. From the warm welcome to the beautiful surroundings and exceptional service throughout our stay, it was everything we could have hoped for from a relaxing holiday.
We didn’t arrive until around 1am after travelling all day, so we were absolutely exhausted. We were therefore so impressed to find food available for guests arriving late. It was such a thoughtful touch and exactly what we needed after a long journey. The check-in was also incredibly smooth and straightforward — no unnecessary waiting or fuss at that time of night. We were in our room and settled very quickly, which we really appreciated.
There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout our stay that made us feel genuinely looked after. One thing we particularly loved was having our pool and beach towels already waiting for us in our room, neatly placed on the bed. It might sound like a small thing, but after travelling, it was lovely not to have to find a towel station or work out where to collect them the next morning. Everything was just taken care of.
The hotel itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Everywhere felt fresh, well maintained and cared for, and the restaurant in particular was always absolutely spotless. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel and the staff clearly take great pride in maintaining such high standards.
The food was another real highlight for us. We were genuinely impressed with the quality and variety, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals throughout the holiday.
But what really made our stay special was the pool service.
The waiter service around the pool was outstanding. The staff worked incredibly hard from morning through to the afternoon, but somehow always managed to remain cheerful, friendly and attentive. We never felt that we had to get up and go looking for anything. Drinks were brought directly to our sun loungers, our orders were taken and delivered to us, and the staff regularly came around with lovely little touches such as ice lollies and cold face towels.
It created such a relaxed and luxurious holiday experience. You could simply lie back on your sun lounger, enjoy the sunshine and know that everything was being taken care of. The staff genuinely couldn’t have done more for us.
What impressed us most was that the excellent service never felt forced or impersonal. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. You could see how hard they were working, and we really appreciated the effort they put into making sure guests were happy.
Overall, our stay was absolutely fantastic and the Atlantica Bay genuinely exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t just one particular thing that made it special — it was all the little details, the wonderful staff, excellent food, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness and the feeling that we were truly being looked after.
We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would 100% return. We have come away with such lovely memories of our time here and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Atlantica Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday with exceptional service.

What a great find this hotel is!!
Just returned from a 7 night holiday at this great hotel. We arrived in the early hours to be allocated a room on the 1st floor with a sea view. The room was spotless albeit a little on the small side and when we return we would like a room higher up to enhance the great views that this hotel offers. The restaurant is lovely, spacious and clean with option of also visiting the Al la carte and Sands restaurant on the beach as part of your all inclusive. I missed the Al la carte meal due to a medical issue and it would have been good if the restaurant manager had been more understanding of the situation and helped us move the booking as my husband ended up eating alone. The pool area is a little tight but there are no sunbed wars and it was generally possible to get beds at any time during the day. The entertainment team was great,especially Max who is the funniest guy and doesn't push you into doing any activity that you don't want to do. Whilst we didn't use the spa, it was great to be able to book a shower on our last day there which I feel that the hotel manages really well taking away the need to try and keep your room as an extra holiday cost which is just an expense to store your luggage and take a shower before your leave for home. The rooms, the setting, food and exceptional service at the hotel is definitely worth a try and we are already looking at when we can visit again - loved it!
