Simply the best, good location and stunning hotel
As soon as you walk in to the lobby, you know you’re in for a treat. The hotel is big, modern, clean and absolutely stunning. The views from the windows out onto the gardens and beach are gorgeous.
Warmly welcomed and quickly checked in, we were shown to our room straight away. We opted for a pool suite room as we are celebrating a milestone birthday for my wife this year, and the room was just awesome. Spotlessly clean, large and well appointed with plenty of seating, large bathroom area and a huge bed. Straight onto the large balcony with a view over paradise and our own private pool. A welcome bottle, fruit and cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday were dropped off, and the fruit was replenished daily.
Everyone we met was always friendly and always happy to help, and all around the hotel, you could see people constantly tending to the gardens and cleaning etc and there is evident pride in their amazing hotel.
Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and all fresh and tasty. If the weather is good and you manage to sit outside, it really is just the most scenic spot you will ever have the pleasure to dine in. The manager there (Panayiotis) somehow managed to check in on all the tables, but still make you feel like you were his only guests! But everyone at breakfast was always friendly and helpful and there is plenty to eat and drink. You won’t want to leave!
On checkout day, we really didn’t want to leave so we managed to extend for another night in the same room.
Reluctantly, we had to leave the following day but we will return next summer.

Amazing hotel with a sea view.
Amazing hotel with a sea view. Very large rooms. 5 pools. No need to leave the hotel. Their service is above and beyond. I had a birthday every day and they sent me a cake and a bottle of champagne to the room. The reception staff is very friendly. Just ask for something and they bring it straight away. Low prices. Worth the money.

Our stay at Amathus was an absolute dream! Perfection from start to finish
We had the most perfect vacation at the Amathus hotel. The level of service here is unmatched, with an incredible hospitality that you simply don’t come across every day.A huge shoutout to Sabina at the Athina Lounge Bar. She is truly exceptional! She gave us top-tier service. My husband loves Spicy Margaritas, so she custom-made them with freshly crushed chilis every day, and even made sure the rest of the team knew his exact recipe. The treats were endless—complimentary appetizers and plenty of cookies, she just kept spoiling us.The food quality was outstanding everywhere. We had lunch at Athina twice and also enjoyed a wonderful à la carte lunch at the main restaurant. Every single meal was a pure delight and of the highest standard.To top it all off, our youngest daughter celebrated her 4th birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it unforgettable. During lunch, they surprised her with a personal birthday cake and a sweet little "Happy Birthday" sign. Later on, they went even further and surprised us in our room with another, larger cake, accompanied by three glasses of orange juice—one for each of our kids! It was such a thoughtful touch.The hotel handles crowds beautifully—even though it was at full capacity, it never felt crowded. The pools are lovely, and there was always a place to sit. The two water slides were a huge hit with our older kids (ages 8 and 10), who just couldn't get enough of them. The private beach is quiet and beautiful, and the water inflatables were a fantastic attraction for the children. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday, and while we only got a small taste of the Kids Club, our birthday girl loved it, and the staff there seemed wonderful.The hospitality here is truly amazing. On the evening before our departure, they left a bottle of champagne with flutes in our room, and even as we checked out, they handed us cold water bottles for the road. Keep up the amazing work! Great hotel with excellent staff
We have been few times with all the family members had three rooms, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was just great, staff are excellent specially Zeina at the breakfast area very friendly, lunch, dinner, bar , all the staff one by one great hospitality

Absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing facilities for young families. First the Pros:
- Amazing staff, always so helpful and I cannot speak highly enough about them.
Special mention to the Guest Services ladies who helped us plan our tours. Some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in Hotels.
- The Food ...Just wow. If you are lucky to have all inclusive the food in the hotel is better than all the resturants we ate at in Limassol. (At looking at my belly I think we ate at them all :D)
- Room was perfect. We had 4 in one room (Without a balcony) and there was loads of space.
- The hotel itself is beautiful. Lovely resturants, state of the Art Gym, amazing facilities and a crazy amount of Swimming pools. It's just perfect.
- Lovely private beaches within a few seconds walk of the hotel.
- Free Towels for the pool and beach. This was brilliant as there's no need to bring any unless you are swimming elsewhere which you will rarely do.
- Inflatable activity park at the beach is brilliant fun (Even for the adults)
- Front of Hotel is staffed by some really lovely people and even on our last day leaving they provided water bottles for our journey to the airport.
The Cons:
- Not really a fault of the Hotel but Cyprus in General. Once you leave the Hotel grounds it's pretty dirty. Litter seems to be a problem in Cyprus but we were surprised how dirty it is around the hotel. And the walking path at the beach in both directions of the hotel is in pretty poor condition.
- Cats - Cats are everywhere in Cyprus and also in this hotel. Many have visable lice and have a habbit of sitting on your chair when eating. One took a disliking to my young daughter one day and tried to attack her during our lunch but thankfully I got there first.
- Location is a little far from the City but I guess that can be a positive too. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel to bring you to and from the City on the number 30 bus which is very frequent.
- WIFI is pretty poor and streaming services are sluggish as a result.
- In house tv service is very slow and many channels don't work but who needs tv when it's 30 degrees every day.
We will be back...and we rarely say that about a Hotel.
