Amazing as always
14th time here . It kind of gets better every year , if that’s possible ? As always Panayiotis Panayi is the most incredible host and has always looked after us each year without fail. Any requests you have are dealt with immediately, not that you will actually need anything as everything is provided and catered for. I would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons , I know it is expensive but what you get is impeccable. I hope Panayiotis will get recognised for his amazing dedication and top class service . Beautiful hotel with beach and pools!
We both loved this hotel – our 3rd hotel of our holiday in Cyprus and it did not disappoint!!! Incredible grounds, lush and green with an abundance of the friendliest cats we’ve ever met! Lots of pool choices, which were both salt water and spacious and also a private beach which was enjoyable to choose our swim each time. There is plenty of sunbeds to choose from as well. The staff were underwhelming. The pool staff were young, mostly friendly but a bit forgetful…. The staff on the deck in the evening - basically ignored us to order evening drinks and even get menus which was disappointing. The room was good, with a great view across the sea and the hotel grounds and over towards the main town in Limassol. The bed was a bit hard, but the room was spacious, good wifi, air-con was amazing, and we were very comfortable staying here. Please note that to get to the marina or the old town, you’ll need to book a taxi for the 20+ minute drive – however there are some restaurants and supermarkets outside the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Limassol.

Top experience
Vacation for two adults and two kids. The accommodation was amazing. Their room was extra clean and very, very big. The view from the room was breathless. The toiletry was plush and so where the towels. The food was excellent everywhere the service was excellent everywhere and the swimming pools clean, safe, relaxing. In the adults swimming pool there was music underwater. It was amazing vacation.
Awesome resort
We went in the end of august, and have to say we had an amazing experience. From the moment we set foot in the hotel right until the end, the hospitality was second to none. Our son had clinical challenges and when we explained the situation, the hotel manager Stelios was very kind and compassionate, ensuring all our needs were met. He really went out of his way to ensure that we had a great holiday. Thank you so much Stelios for making our holiday for the family so special! The breakfast and room was suberb, kids enjoyed the pools and the restaurants were delicious. The kids also enjoyed the clubs and my daughter particularly enjoyed the magic show. The beach was lovely and kept the kids entertained, with the outdoor activities and diving area! Really can't fault the hotel regards to the property and customer service. We will be back thank you for an awesome stay!
An exceptional hotel and wedding venue
We chose Amathus Beach Hotel for our wedding. I truly believe it could not have been a better decision!
We were planning our wedding from the UK and Katerina Yennari, her team, and all of the hotel staff were outstanding. We could not improve anything.
Katerina and her team were amazing from beginning to end: they helped us by communicating with our vendors directly if they had any questions and always made sure she was available to meet up when we were in Cyprus as well as having lots of communication over emails.
During our meetings in the hotel and during the evening of our wedding the hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to all of our guests needs - everyone was very kind and made sure everything was on time. The food was incredible - an amazing selection of whatever the hearts of our guests desired, while catering for all dietary requirements. We are still enjoying our wedding cake!
Post wedding, we stayed at the hotel for a few nights, and again, all the staff were extremely attentive, catered to all our needs, and overall provided an exceptional service. The level of detail is truly outstanding and often lost at other hotels we stayed at in the past. Amathus has set the bar exceptionally high, with all facilities (from our room, to the restaurants, spa, pools and common areas) being at high standard, well maintained and above and beyond what other hotels of this level offer.
Thank you for helping us have the best wedding day and we are already looking forward to returning on our anniversary, as it’s a very special place for us going forward.
