This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. This time I was booked for June, but an accident left me unable to walk so had to cancel. The hotel was so good about changing my dates to a time when I was able to come. Everything has remained the same and this is a good thing. Lovely pool area, great breakfast, flawless service and decent sized clean rooms that are serviced well by the housekeeping staff. The highlight is always Alex on the front of house team. Such a nice guy and nothing is too much trouble. An asset to the team. The staff definitely make this hotel one of the best.
Exquisite Hotel in the middle of limassol city.
Comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated.
Great breakfast .
Entire property is spotlessly clean and smells divine.
If you arrive at night.. it’s covered inn sparkly fairy lights.
Brilliant little place.. staff are super attentive. Will definately be back
A really lovely boutique hotel. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were professional and friendly and the overall ambience felt like comfortable understated luxury. We especially liked the open fire and candles in the lobby during the evening. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The restaurant has apparently been voted the best in Cyprus and we can confirm that both service and food were excellent, though it's a little on the pricey side. This hotel is a fantastic choice for couples not needing to be near the sea. Families might prefer one of the big hotels along the beach.
Beautiful Boutique hotel with amazing hospitality and lovely Spa. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. The pool is so beautiful as well.
The SPA experience was not the best. The price-to-quality ratio is definitely not justified — it’s quite expensive for the level of service provided.
The staff are not client-oriented at all. Almost every request is met with a refusal, giving the impression that nothing is allowed and nothing is possible.
A major downside is the poor sound insulation in the massage rooms. You can hear everything — conversations and even people breathing by the pool. At the same time, the staff do not allow guests to talk during treatments, so if you come as a couple, you are expected to stay completely silent, which feels unreasonable given the circumstances.
The massage itself was about 6 out of 10.
The sauna is also very small — it fits a maximum of two people.
Overall, this is not the best SPA choice among hotels in Limassol, and I would not recommend it.
