Ugly, sad and old Sheraton hotel
Sad state of Sheraton hotel in Zagreb. Service and state of the hotel is below average. Everything is old and very dated, view to courtyard is just awful. Management does nothing apart cutting cost and offer less and less for your money. It’s a budget hotel for Asian tour travellers. It is was nothing absolutely nothing splendid or amazing about this hotel. Swimming pool was ok.

Excellent service, nice people, friendly, helpful, professional, extremely nice Dragica and Anica…..it’s always pleasure being in Sheraton!!! We are coming next year again, with great pleasure!!!
Zagreb visit
Pleasant hotel however far away from 5 star hotel experience. Room outdated, wall paper peeling off, hard bed mattress, bathroom ok, shower head very low. No breakfast tea in the room only earl grey. Horrible looking dirty carpets on the corridors, elevator sad state of it. Breakfast - pretty boring and poor quality products, no station with fresh omelette or poached eggs. Swimming pool and gym decent and pleasant experience. Didn’t try their Italian restaurant. Hotel does not give you that felling of wow factor. Cleaning staff or security guys never said hello or good morning when we passed them on the corridor on several occasions. Rather average experience than splendid.
Pleasant stay, great location
I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, the bed is comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
A special mention to Jovana for her kindness and excellent service. She made the experience even better.
Overall, a great hotel with a nice atmosphere and a team that makes you feel welcome. I would happily stay here again.
