Building a relationship with Zagreb
Great service. After arriving and settling in this wonderful hotel I went to the front desk for some advice about the area. Nenad in guest relations manned the concierge desk and when I told him I wanted to go on a walking tour of Zagreb he got excited. He got a map and marked on it where the hotel is and where key places I should see are. I then went out and had a wonderful time getting to know Zagreb then reported back to Nenad’s infectious laugh and smile. Thank you Sheraton and thank you Nenad.

Smooth check-in by welcoming and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room on the third floor. Mini fridge, safe, slippers, robes. Plastic kettle, instant coffee packets, tea bags. Clean bathroom with all amenities.
Breakfast: Special thanks to the restaurant hostess Ms. Anka, who greeted us every morning with a welcoming, warm smile and made sure we had a great experience, thank you. Buffet breakfast had a vast spread of hot and cold food options. Highlight for us was the 'made to order' omelet and lattes. Excellent service by all breakfast staff, thank you.
