Great Service Katerina
Katerina was of great help. A very lovely and kind woman. She helped us a lot in anything we needed. Greatly appreciated, will come back!
Great experience, accommodating team members and perfect location
Had an epic stay at this great hotel. Room was very clean and the breakfast in the morning - WOW! I was beyond amazed and everything tasted so well. The pool is nice, they have a full service spa, and all staff members were beyond accommodating and friendly. I want to call out one team member - Dragica in the restaurant. She saw that my son and I had an early morning train and she was so helpful getting us setup with breakfast (including food to go) so we’d be set for our 8 hour train trip to Split (with no food service onboard). I really hope hotel leadership see this and recognize how great of a team member you have in Dragica. I made sure to ask if I could photograph her name tag so I could write this review. As a lifetime platinum bonvoy member, I’ve stayed at a fair share of properties and this one is definitely in my top 20 list globally now. I was even upgraded!

Incredible place to be. I adored the bar, especially lady there, whose name is Katarina.

As mentioned earlier. The service that was offered by Katarina, her openness & kindness and willingness to help melted my heart indeed. I’ll definitely will be back. 2. Drinks. Also cocktails are very good and at a very fair price for Europe. My favorite was Hugo Spritz. 3. Desserts. Incredibly good. Apple pie by a special recipe and a chocolate cake “Zagreb” were super delicious. Even for someone who doesn’t eat sugar. It was worth it 4. Food. Me and my friend came to have a breakfast, and we weren’t disappointed. Huge choice, big portions, fresh and delicious food.
Perfect Stay!
Sheraton Zagreb is exactly why I’m a Bonvoy member. Beautiful rooms, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Dominik at the reception desk was wonderful. He was able to check us in early and allowed a little extra time in the club lounge while we waited for our ride to the airport after checkout. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We’ll definitely be back!
