This charming and comfortable venue is located directly on the clear blue Adriatic Sea in the Bay of Lapad. The popular promenade is within walking distance, and a bus that goes to the Old town stops just in front of the hotel. Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 23 km away. The cosy and comfortable are carefully decorated and equipped with details that make all stays pleasant and priceless. The restaurant features one of Dubrovnik's most beautiful terraces with magnificent sea views and serves tantalising dishes, with a wine list to match. Those who want to enjoy a light Mediterranean meal and a chilled drink can visit the Lido beach bar, it is also the place from where to grab a colourful cocktail during the day while enjoying the pebbled beach.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Worst hotel ever stayed in do not stay here. Dirty and staff don’t want to help and food is cold and carpets all need replacing and no sand it’s small rocks outside and no lift either. U have to walk don’t steps everywhere. Lowest of low.
A really lovely and comfortable hotel. The location is perfect for the beach and a short uber ride from old town. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has something for all tastes. We paid for the buffet dinner in the evening. Just €24.90 per person for a full buffet of hot meals, vegetables, salads, fruit and delicious desserts. The rooms are air conditioned and the beds are very comfortable. The only feedback I would give is please have the option for guests to have a kettle in their room to make drinks. The hotel is within easy walking distance to a well-stocked supermarket and other restaurants. I would stay here again.
Great location, crystal clear water.Beach is pebbles so beach shoes is a must.Downside to beach is sunbed price. 2 beds +umbrella. 40 euro absolute rip off. Hotel is 2-3 star food ok rooms basic no fridge no kettel.Hotel has a nice sun terrace for paying customers i.e residents. I counted more than 50 sunbeds placed out. Not for us paying residents we are not allowed on them. They are put out twice a week for pasengers off cruise ships. When they leave after couple hours the beds are stacked away until next cruise ship arrives in port. It begs the question what are we paying for. If the hotel left the beds out for its residents, maybe they would sell more wine/beer/water which the residents would buy whilst using sunbeds.seems a simple and economical decision to me.
Would not return. Room was basically a basement if you’re gonna put people in that room at least drop the prices dramatically. No sound proofing was disturbed most nights and morning not even though wasn’t the neighbours fault as weren’t being particularly loud the rooms are just paper thin. Buffet was hardly varied and went hungry some nights. Didn’t even provide free water with dinner you had to pay if you wanted to drink. Beach, didn't even provide equipment so had to relax on the floor so saying private beach is a stretch. Lucky to god we spent most of our time out and about
A lovely hotel right on a fabulous beach. We arrived 5/6/2026 to celebrate our annniversary and the staff were so accommodating with everything we asked for. Excellent location and a great breakfast. Getting into and out of the old town was effortless with the number 4 bus stop right outside hotel. We so enjoyed our stay here. Thank You.
