5 STAR Prices, 1 STAR Experience.
I have been attempting to resolve a billing dispute for over 2 months. Despite clearly acknowledging the problem, not a single person I have spoken to or e-mailed has addressed the issue. I have received profuse apologies, and have been told someone will address my concerns to no avail.

Very average - way overpriced
Certainly not a 5 star and service is very hit or miss, but location is good. Ac’s didn’t really work in 2 of 3 rooms, some staff were rude / inexperienced others were fine. Breakfast quality was good. Showers poor. Bathroom amenities poor
Bait and Switch
Booked an expensive suite and got two rooms without working air conditioning. Avoid this place at all costs! They clearly rip off their guests.

Great Hotel in Walled City
An excellent option if you want to stay in the old city. An historic building beautifully restored. It's close to the main square and easy walking. Great bathroom with Chopard bath products! It was very easy with the hotel meeting us at the Dubrovnik boat dock and transferring our luggage. We did have to walk about 10 minutes as no cars are allowed within the walled city but it was a great walk.
