A reprieve from the old city
A nice reprieve on the hustle of the Dubrovnik Old City. Service was wonderful had a ‘over the top’ breakfast buffet ocean side. More accommodations and a great place to hang out by the indoor and out door pools and a roped off ocean swimming there.

A comfortable stay in a great location.
Great location with wonderful views. Comfortable accommodation although we had to change rooms as the first room we were given had no views and was in an annexe off the main hotel. Breakfast was great with a good choice of food. The air-conditioning was not working in some parts of the hotel which left the areas uncomfortable.

My room service is excellent - thank you Milan and manju . They are very good at folding towels and keeping me supplied. They regularly ask if I am OK and look after my room very well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are excellent
Great facility and service, room a bit tired.
The hotel is a spectacular facility and our stay was made much better by the vigilance and assistance of our "butler" Alexa. She was on top of everything, readily available when we needed something and helpful in all ways. And while the facility is gorgeous the rooms and hallways are in need of refreshing. Smells in hallways, smells in room and stains on furniture suggest at least our room and area need some refresh.
Fantastic hotel and staff
We had a wonderful stay at the Rixos. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff are attentive and polite, especially Sofia in the Lobby Bar who served us amazingly well every evening. The pool facilities are classy, and the hotel enjoys stunning views, day and night, and is within walking distance of the old town. We could not fault it at all. 5*
