Excellent service and views
The hotel was perfect, located a mile or so out old the old town. You can walk to the bus stop and get the no 3 bus, the location of the hotel was amazing, the view of the Adriatic Sea and the port was stunning, we paid for a sea view, I can’t fault that at all. All the staff were so attentive and kind. They couldn’t do enough for us. The food was excellent, such a variety of choices every morning and evening. I thoroughly enjoy my stay and hope to go back again.

Everything was perfect! We spent 4 nights at Hotel Adria. This hotel is amazing, I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and big, the view from our balcony was stunning. The breakfast and dinner was very varied and delicious, I loved the view from the restaurant. The hotel staff was very professional, polite and friendly. I would like to highlight Kristijan, who works in the restaurant and spoke Hungarian, so we chatted everyday. Such a polite and attentive gentleman, who does an excellent job. I hope we can go back one day.

This is a hotel that I would highly recommend. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable and care. The restaurant did everything to make our stay prefect!

Hotels providing wrong room type, with housekeeping closes before 10pm
We booked our stay explicitly requesting for a twin room, but upon arrival, we were given a room with a double bed. The staff made no effort to correct this, completely ignoring the parametres of our reservation.
Because we could not share a bed, one of us was forced to sleep on the hard floor. Since the hotel had no spare mattresses available, we asked the front desk for several extra duvets to create a makeshift bed. They agreed to this compromise, but the housekeeper showed up with only just one duvet.
When we called back to get the remaining duvets we had originally asked for, we were bluntly told that "housekeeping is closed" and they could not provide anything else - But It was only just 10:00 PM! I have never encountered any hotels with housekeeping that closes before 10PM.
Leaving a guest to sleep on a bare floor because your staff cannot be bothered to fulfill a basic, agreed-upon request is absolutely disgraceful. This hotel is definitely not recommended.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this Hotel is. Very clean comfortable room and a balcony with a fantastic view. Bar or restaurant not expensive with Great views. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Lots of information about what is available in and around the hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Had a lovely evening meal with great service.
