This hotel, The staff, The breakfast the location are all 5*. From the moment you step into the foyer you are met wirh the most beautiful view across the adriactic sea. The staff both behind the reception and bar area's are all very welcoming and happy to help. We stayed in room 401, Large room with stunning view, It was spotlessly clean and fresh towels provided everyday for the 4 days we were there. We will most definitely be back! Thank you
Just a really lovely experience from start to finish, fantastic hotel with amazing facilities, great rooms, and super friendly and helpful staff. Really, nothing to fault.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with multiple access points to the sea, outdoor and indoor pools. The rooms are stunning, we went for the superior sea view which i believe is the standard room and the views are breathtaking. It’s around 15 minutes to walk to Lapad which has lots of amazing restaurants to try, and just a short bus ride or uber from old town, a really great location. We really enjoyed our stay, but we wouldn’t return to this hotel for a couple of reasons Service - at breakfast, coffee is served by ordering, however we never had anyone come and take our order without us having to flag someone down. Coffee is quite cold and iced lattes are basically just milk with the smallest amount of coffee Air con - the air conditioning in the rooms is capped at 25 (an option to choose ‘-3’ but never went below 24) as what i can only assume is an attempt by the hotel to save money. It’s just not cool enough and we woke up throughout most nights feeling very warm. The reason i mention this is because the hotel is extremely expensive, especially for food and drinks, so capping the air conditioning seems in bad taste Pool temperature - during our stay it was around 30-35 degrees every day, usually on holiday we would spend the whole day in the pool cooling off, however it’s absolutely freezing in the pool, as soon as you get in you just want to get out. I think the pool not being heated (or being heated to a very low temperature) is another attempt to save money by the hotel which is disappointing given the prices Prices - everything is extremely expensive, around €30 for a sandwich and €5 for a bottle of water
I had a 5day stay, nice staff perfect cleaning, nice showing soccer with a projector during the world tour. Breakfast was also very good The poolarea was also very good with the natural beach and the bar. The bus nr4 goes outside every 15 minutes through town to old town. 10min walk to beach and restaurants
The sink in the bathroom has some fault when the plugg didnt get up and the water didnt go through. Overall very happy
