This hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed. Staff: the best thing about our hotel was the service. The staff were warm, friendly, very helpful and super professional who met all our demands. Reception staff were outstanding. Bojidar is a gem of a person. Cleaning ladies were always greeting us with smiles. Breakfast staff were attentive and kind. Miroslav does great omelet. The restaurants staff were fantastic.
The room: The Bed was heaven! Smooth luxurious bedsheets, fluffy pillows… I was on cloud 9. The bathroom was modern and spacious, spotless! It was a pleasure having a shower there.
Views and location: Absolutely spectacular. Panoramic views even from my bed! Balcony was large enough for a party. Quite a few swimming pools in the resort and lots of cosy beautiful sitting areas to relax.
Food: breakfast was great but dinner could be improved and have more variety. However, restaurants were excellent and there were many options to choose from.
It was a lavish holiday I’d definitely want to experience again.
Top of the line hotel here. The service and quality was outstanding. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Dubrovnik!!
Our second stay here was just as fantastic as the first! Exceptional service throughout and huge thanks to front desk for such warm service. We'll definitely be back!
Ivona at guest services was lovely. So knowledgeable, friendly with great suggestions (which saved us money 👍🏼) Thank you 🙏🏻
The hotel is in a brilliant & beautiful location -30 ish minutes to the airport, regular bus or 10 min taxi to the old town which we visited 3 times at different times of day to do it justice. The coastal walk runs for miles towards resort centres in either direction. The hotel has excellent facilities - the pool and sea areas are beautifully maintained and excellently staffed, and the staff do their best to maintain capacity but there will always be people who ignore the many signs to not reserve loungers, we always managed to find some when needed. The On The Rocks bar staff are excellent, started to recognise my husband and his regular order which he appreciated! The breakfast staff work relentlessly hard and will clear you a table in seconds with a smile despite some clientele being demanding and less than pleasant to them which was disappointing to see, they have really put thought into keeping a busy breakfast buffet moving - multiple coffee machines in different locations, multiple juice stations, constantly replenishing the buffet, excellent fresh omelette station always staffed with 2 chefs. The room was lovely & spacious, very well cleaned. My one and only disappointment was our balcony - I realise I’d missed out on sea view (late booking) but there was no view at all, it made the room very dark, faced a wall and was next to an aircon outlet. I don’t think I’ve ever spent less time on a balcony, which was a shame. I would definitely visit again, but not on that side of the lower ground floor!
