Fabulous hotel special shout to yrena so so nice
What a fabulous hotel it has everything short walk to some fabulous restaurants and to the beach there is also a tennis club nearby! Which we didnt know! Breakfast was nice. Rooms are stunning we got a free upgrade ! The spa is lovely the pool on top is so fantastic unfortunately it was only open one day due to the wind. A special shout out goes to yrena at reception who was so so super lovely and made us feel really welcome we only saw her when we arrived and left but hoenslty she was so so nice ! So a big thank you to her 💖. The guy in the spa was also v nice!

Management and customer service non responsive
Mentioned to staff and management( 2nd day in a row) 10.30 pm that air conditioning is running, very loud and they said they can’t turn it off, even though there is air conditioning controller on the wall.

Me and my husband visited this hotel for our honeymoon to split and honestly for a 3/4 star hotel its a 1 at best! Location wise it is very close to the beach which is a bonus and there is a nice walk into the city centre which is about 20 minutes. It's also an 8 minute drive away from the shopping centres and a 5 minute walk to the hospital and there was a spar and pharmacy very close so the location was very positive. The hotel however was not so positive. Besides one staff member all the other members were rude and not very accommodating and at one point I had to visit the front desk twice about a screaming match happening next door to our room and a rooftop party being way too noise quite late at night that they don't usually have according to the staff which didn't help our stay. We also had an issue with our shower and when it was fixed we came back to the whole en suite wet and flooded because whoever fixed the issue decided to leave the shower on!! Housekeeping changed our bed and there were dirty stains on them and in the wellness spa the plaster on the ceiling was missing or peeling off. The food in the restaurant wasn't the best. However, the breakfast was the best part of the day. But if you are up before breakfast and have to leave for a coach they basically give a meal deal that you have to pay for instead of some small pastries in a takeaway container. The health and wellness centre was nice and the ladies who did the massages were absolutely lovely. I would only recommend the breakfast and the massages here. So if you want a full English and a bit of self care on a Sunday this is the place. But a luxury hotel is pushing it a lot! Would not recommend.

What a fantastic hotel, friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us ,the food is the best food I’ve had in a hotel loads of choice at breakfast, and a great menu at lunch and dinner large clean rooms might and airy

Lovely hotel
We have just come back from a week here a group of 16 The rooms were lovely some much bigger than others but all nice We were on 3rd floor Bed the best I’ve ever slept on , cleaned each morning ( been where not cleaned till later in the day ) Rooftop Pool and bar fabulous , staff friendly , spa great and had a lovely massage from Nino The food is really good but the restaurant lacks atmosphere and air con on too high Bar closes promptly at 11 and lights go off outside which was annoying The hotel very clean although our cleaner didn’t clean the floor there were obvious crumbs left All in all would recommend
