Best Hotel in Europe.
I stayed for 2 days, I wish it would be for a few months. If any hotel deserves 5 stars it is this hotel. 5 stars is not enough, 2 nights wasn't enough for me. Perfection starts in this hotel. I have been travelling around Europe for 2 weeks, I measure all my hotels on this hotel. No competition . This hotel is the benchmark for all Hotels.
Perfect base for families in Split — and a boat experience unlike anything else
We just returned from three nights at Hotel Park Split with our two kids. I book luxury family travel for a living and have stayed at a lot of hotels. This hotel is now at the top of my list for families traveling in Croatia.
A few things worth noting for families specifically:
We flew in from the US and the quiet residential neighborhood was exactly what we needed after a long flight. Rooms are peaceful, beds are really comfortable, and we slept well. You’re away from the tourist crowds but still a short walk to Diocletian’s Palace and Bačvice Beach. Right across the street is a playground, and my kids made lots of new friends from around the world.
The suite was spacious and well set up for a family with ocean views. The service was exceptional - staff were warm, helpful, professional.
The hotel arranges a private boat day for guests — a Colnago 35 with captain and hostess who take you out to the islands and hidden coves. I am a travel agent and have sent families to luxury properties across the Mediterranean and have never seen this offered as a hotel amenity. You don’t have to research operators or book anything separately. The day on the water was the highlight of trip, we got to explore nearby islands in a luxe speedboat. My kids loved every minute of it.
Excellent hotel, we will be back!

Delightful Stay
We had an amazing experience at Hotel Park in Split. The hotel is ideally located near the beach - a great place for a morning or evening walk, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and of Old Town. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and we were especially pleased by the coffee machine where we could make a variety of coffees without waiting! Our stay in Split was extended for several days due to a medical emergency and the care and concern of the staff was extraordinary. They took care of everything we needed including arranging a ride to Rovinj to meet back up with our tour group. I must make special mention of Misla and Roko at the front desk for all they did to make sure we were taken care of and Luka who kept us safe and entertained for our entire 5 hour drive to Rovinj. They made a potential disappointment a delightful adventure.
Luxury Hotel with wonderful breakfast
Wonderful hotel with view over the sea from the restaurant and some rooms. Excellent breakfast is served with fruit plate and champagne. Everything very clean. Nice staff, too.
