Top knotch service and gorgeous amenities
If you are looking for an intimate, gorgeous place with spectacular service, this is it! Beautiful beach, gorgeous swim out pool and villa and adventure and relaxation awaits!
You get what you pay for
Our flight got cancelled and we had to scramble to find our own accommodation.
Ended up at this lovely hotel in the middle of the night. Greeted by the night manager, Nick, made sure we were checked in; showed us to our suite and added on a complimentary breakfast. Which we were very grateful for.
The room was outstanding. More room than you can shake a stick at. Every clean and well put together. Plenty of amenities (like nespresso coffee machine) and a kettle. Given we were only there for a night. We made use of everything.
Breakfast was lovely. Great selection on fresh omelette to order. Pancakes, granola, cooked breakfast etc. The best part of it all was the view. Sitting in between the two pitons was idyllic.
We spent the day by the beach. Enjoying the snorkelling, the floaties and the white beautiful sand. We had lunch, on the beach! Unsurprisingly, it was lovely and really tasty. I had the chicken burger (a very tasty choice); but the menu ranged from pizza, salad, sushi and burgers. Amongst all of us, we tried everything on the menu and high praise for all the delicious dishes.
The hotel were as far as giving us a courtesy room to get changed before travelling as our flight was later. Another great bit of excellent customer service. Additionally, arranged for our transfer back to the Airport. Which was a lot cheaper than the previous quote from our travel agent.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. We hope to come back and explore more of the resort. Thank you for being so welcoming and helpful to us. Turned an awful situation to a highlight of our stay in St. Lucia.

Caribbean Paradise
My wife and I visited for our honeymoon. We found out about Sugar Beach from a family member and viewed their social media. It was an instant yes and our stay made instagram a reality. Paradise was found and we will certainly be back.
The Sugar Beach is utmost luxury in paradise
Sugar Beach was hands down the most beautiful resort I have been to. Pictures do not to it justice. The staff was a 10/10. We stayed in a Grand Luxury Villa. It was phenomenal. The private pool overlooking the water with both Pitons beside you. The Butlers were outstanding the staff was top notch. The island is paradise and the people there are so kind. Worth every penny.
Solo Birthday Getaway
My stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort was truly one of the most memorable travel experiences I've ever had. From the seamless booking process to the warm welcome upon arrival, every detail was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. The staff's genuine kindness and hospitality made me feel valued throughout my stay, and the managers' personal interactions with guests made the experience even more special.
“All of the staff” provided outstanding service, and I wish I could remember the names of every team member because they all made a lasting impression. The accommodations were immaculate, the dining was exceptional—especially Saltwood, the Terrace breakfast, and the unforgettable Jetty Burger—and every meal was fresh and delicious. I recommend purchasing a food package.
As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and everything exceeded my expectations. Leaving was the hardest part because I truly felt so much warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. I cannot wait to return to experience even more of this incredible resort.
Lastly, if you are wanting to come to this beautiful resort and you’re not sure if you can afford it please reconsider your options! This is one of the best resorts I have ever experienced, and the visit was worth every dollar spent!
