One of the things we appreciated most during our stay was how warm, relaxed, and genuinely friendly the staff were. The service never felt forced or overly rehearsed, which made the whole experience feel much more personal.
We became familiar with several members of the reception team during our stay. Shamani was always cheerful and greeted us with a smile whenever we walked by the front desk. Tariq was very approachable, enjoyable to talk to, and always willing to help, while Kemerlyn was equally kind and welcoming. Even during busy moments, they always took the time to assist us without making us feel like we were in the way or being hurried.
We also want to give special recognition to Amaury. I usually don’t remember the names of hotel managers when I travel, but he really stood out. He was often around the property and made an effort to interact with guests personally. We had a brief conversation when we first met, and afterward, whenever he saw us, he would greet us and ask how we were enjoying our stay. That small gesture meant a lot to us.
Throughout our visit, there were many small details that made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. In the end, those personal touches are what we will remember most about our experience.

honeymooning at the harbor club and we ate at julia’s 3 nights in a row! Kelvin was an exceptional server! all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. all food we had was incredible!
