This place is like home away from home. Everyone was warm and friendly and ensured. Everyone is a gem especially the Manager, Consuelo (ensure she stays around :) )… I have already have friends that booked for November and I will return with my girls next year.

Exceptional Stay - Sapphire Sands Villas
We stayed at the newly built Sapphire Sands Villas and what can we say but Exceptional, from the room to the food to the service, all were 10/10. A special thank you to our Butlers, Britany & Jimmy who took care of our every need. We are already planning our next trip!
Bad experience
I stay at this resort October 7 to 12. Upon arrival we was not greeted with any hand towels, but after a few mins another staff came out and welcomed another group of people with a tray of cold towels. Then when we complained about why weren’t we treated as such then we was given that treatment(so unprofessional) . The towel station does not have anyone all day. Most times no one is in the booth. The curtains in the room are mildew and not conducive towards anyone’s health. The beds give me back pain right through. The smell of the room when we first enter smell like it was closed down for a while. There is not even a microwave in the room for guest to warm their food, like who does that? I would never advise anyone to stay at this resort ever. The bathrooms needs to be cleaned properly.

Remarkable Service. All staff members that interacted with my family and I were friendly. Room service, restaurant area, beach area, front desk area. Thumbs up to the staff.
Mediocre, Kimchi kalaloo and the jet ski tour were the best part of the stay.
I loved the bed, it was comfortable, not the sheets. The furniture was ok… a bit dated and fading but the suite was spacious and comfortable overall. It was also well stocked with a lot of amenities. The dryer was nice and I loved all the storage in the closet and chest of drawers and night stands. I didn’t like how much the pipes leaked in the bathroom and the shower tho, my floor was constantly wet. At first I thought I accidentally was letting water spill out of the shower but no it was coming from the toilet pipes and sinks.
I did also enjoy high tide Bfast buffet and the kimchi kalaloo restaurant. Very delicious food and I’m grateful they at least provided that.
