Great hotel
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a lovely room opposite the pool. The shuttle service to the other resort by the beach was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Stay at Bay Gardens Hotel
The staff wasn't too friendly,only seemed to share a good relationship with Americans but not when u are from the Caribbean. When u are from the Caribbean u are being treated differently and that's unfortunate and very sad. The bar staff were friendly though. The breakfast was basic wasn't really tasty.

Great Hotel
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bay Gardens Hotel, and I can honestly say that we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive wait staff, everyone made us feel valued and at home.
A special thank you to the Bay Gardens team for helping to make my husband's birthday so memorable. He truly enjoyed every moment, and your kindness and hospitality made the celebration extra special. My son also had a fantastic time, and it was wonderful to see him enjoying himself throughout our stay.
The excellent customer service, warm atmosphere, and attention to detail made our visit one to remember. We are grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team.

Helpful and friendly
Beautiful place to stay and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great for those with dietary requirements as they can arrange meals to your needs. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue is poor wifi in some parts but this is a minor issue

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned but I paid an extra $5.00 for decor of the room but did not get that service. It was my birthday and I was expecting a big a decor since I requested
